The store had a strange lay out and there is only a couple people working when I went there. I was treated like a child by the manager. I called them to talk about a product I bought and what was wrong with it and the worker that answered the phone, was helping someone at check out at the same time mixing up my words with the costumer. She informed me that the manager and assistant manager was not present. (I called at 10am, 30mins after they open) she was polite and took my name and number but I never got a call back. Never going there again.

The only thing I stop in for is Bobs Red Mill products at a very good price. You can find some good deals from time to time. Would probably go five stars but it seems like there is often a long wait at the checkout even though other employees are nearby. Cashiers are very kind though.

selection is interesting but prices are no longer as impressive as they used to be, Dont assume you are getting a great price because it;s Big Lots. Sometimes Wal-Mart actually offer better brands at same or lower pricing.

How can you go wrong with big lots. Its big lots for anything cheap your can find. Walmart didnt have my oldest sons sandals in stock but walked out of big lots with two pairs for $13
