Ive never had any issues until now. Ive gone to Big Lots for years, and trusted them to always be respectful, kind, and value there work and the company they work for. But that has all changed. They do t own up to there mistakes and dont try to make it right. They just expect you to deal with what they did wrong. In the very words of a sales associate there , "they have no problem taking your money but dont really care how it effected us" . We tried to purchase furniture and when they screwed up our order wanted more money from us and didnt care that the mistake was make. And the manager didnt even seam to care enough to come and in the very least speak with us on the matter. Good to know we will NEVER shop here again!

This is probably my favorite Big Lots of all other ones around Columbus. Their pricing on furniture is great and they usually run a few sales throughout the year, making their prices even better. I highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress to check out Big Lots. A lot of family/friends of mine swear by them. I like that this store also just has random things that I never knew I needed.

I came in here after going to several other furniture stores over the last month. All I wanted was a couch but I ended up buying a dining room table set, couch, ottoman, and several other smaller purchases. Lisa was great and Ill probably be coming back even though I have to drive 30 minutes to this location.

For an off price retailer, this Big Lots location has more of a traditional retailer feel. Yes, the merchandise is still Big Lots merchandise, but the selection is wider than at other locations and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This one is a bit cluttered but there is a good variety of lower quality products. Their new rewards program offers decent coupons. The prices have come up recently so its more on par with Wal-Mart.

It is such an odd place to go shopping because you are never sure what is going to be there. But I can always count on getting some odd type of potato chip that got discontinued too soon.

Typical Big Lots. Cheap goods, odd foods that require a check for expiration before purchase. We like to get cheap toiletries from here. Toothpaste, floss, soaps, ibuprofen...
