Used to like this Starbucks. Nice easy place to get off highway and grab a coffee. I dont know what changed, but this Starbucks seems to be falling apart. Quality is not what it used to be, waits are long sometimes. Tonight we were not able to get our order after waiting 15 minutes. One poor gal was trying to fill orders, and the other employees were kinda just watching. The manager finally came out after a while to do something. I was pressed for time and I had to cancel my order. Not good - I was looking forward to that coffee. This store needs help. The employees are frustrated, the product is not good for the price the customer pays. At least I was able to get my money refunded. Im gonna start stopping at a different Starbucks along I-77 when traveling.

Unfortunately its incredibly convenient passing through town back to Cleveland to utilize the drive-thru. Everyone is always very friendly and cheerful but unfortunately the coffee is terrible. Ive wasted an earned reward on a sour and chalky coffee. Another time before received the complete wrong drink. I typically dont write bad reviews but its ridiculous how many times more often than not that Ive had terrible coffee and for the price its even more disappointing! I frequent Starbucks several times a week and know know what I should expect. Just dont get the coffee if you really need one! Save yourself five bucks and suck it up

Of course most of the coffee from the places is pretty good however when we walked into this one, we were the only one standing at the counter with four people behind the counter and it took approximately 6 minutes for them to acknowledge us. I was with someone who was wearing a head garment and I feel it may have been a prejudicial issue except for one girl that was the farthest from us behind the counter who looked at us and smiled in a friendly manner.

I love this starbucks. Its one of the smaller stores. The atmosphere with the all seasons room and privacy wall that is up actually makes me feel like this store was designed more to for those that enjoy sitting in a coffee house when they have the time rather than just a store made to feel less busy. The team is amazing. Accidentally gave me the wrong drink. Made me a new one and gave my son a chocolate croissant while we waited.

I have been a regular at this particular Starbucks for a few years now. Im not going to be to lie and say ohh theyre amazing. But actually. They are amazing!!! There was a moment I had an absolutely horrible experience and their store manager went above and beyond to fix the problem!!! She was absolutely amazing. Ever since then its always been a great going here. If you have the time definitely stop in and treat yourself.

Convenient to the highway, so I stop here a lot. Tough to get in and out of the drive-through and especially difficult to exit from a parking space. Frequently out of stock of certain food items. All the employees are very nice, except for one who typically only reaches his hand out of the cracked window to serve you. Pretty average experience at this location.

This is one of my favorite locations but Im totally biased as I used to work here. I love what theyve done with the interior over the years tho; really dig the hanging art. The staff is always helpful and cheery so that adds to the experience. Def one of my favorite locations. I literally go out of my way each morning before class to stop here

You know you can always expect the same thing at Starbucks well that is not true these days. However you can count on this Starbucks to make your drink correctly and in a good mood when providing it to you. Great customer service with an upbeat atmosphere that unfortunately is not provided at every Starbucks anymore

Newly renovated store. Looks and flows nicely though people hover around the drink serving tray which can create a small jam at times. Staff is pleasant although on more than one occasion they didnt ask my name for my drink which caused confusion at the corner serving station. Clean and quiet.

Shame on me for coming back! Every time something is wrong with my drink or they dont charge you the right amount when supposed "1/2 frappuccino" time. Horrible! Target starbucks down the road gets my business from now on, even if it is a hassle to go in. Lost another gold members business.

This location is 24 hours. Great drinks and friendly baristas. The parking lot is a nightmare and if you get on line and want to change your mind the narrowness of the lot will keep you basically trapped of its full. If parking and the drive through werent an issue itd get 5 stars

Use to love coming here, was coming atleast once a day then after about a year and a half they always make my drink wrong I got tired of having to go inside to ask them to fix it and it still not being how I like it but I delt with it so I just stopped going!

Flies. Flies everywhere! Its the flys Starbucks now. Seriously need to look into pest control at this Starbucks. Where there are flies, there are maggots... Somewhere. Its nasty. The staff is friendly. Well staffed. Just cant stand sitting in there.

Love this one. They know how to make my drink and always advise whats in it. I never have reason to complain here. They are very friendly. So friendly that even when my dog is with me they offer him a puppy latte. (whip cream in a lid)

It never fails. The drive-thru is incredibly slow. No matter what time of day it is slow. The food is all that I would expect but if you plan on going to the drive-thru plan on it taking twice as long than any other normal Starbucks

Lauren the manager is awesome! She sat on phone with me and explained everything about earning rewards! The night staff are wonderful and will take the time to make coffee thats not up that week! Soo helpful and sweet!

The parking lot is so horrible at this location its a joke. 90% of the time the line takes a good 15 minutes or more...Its always wrapped around the building. Would definitely rather go to a different location.

This Starbucks makes my drinks perfectly. They have a reliable WiFi connection and make my drink fast after I order. The only downside is that they have long lines that take forever to get through.
