Absolutely horrible customer service. No where to park a bike. Many bikers in this area. We sat outside and leaned our bikes against the wall behind our table. Manager came out on a power Trip screaming at us to get out of there with our bikes. We were just sitting there drinking our drinks. Paying customers. No need to act like that. She threatened to have us reported to the fire Marshall. Really? I saw the sign between Starbucks and Tijuana Flats . It says no skateboarding or bike riding. Well we werent riding. We walked our bikes to a table outside and paid for our drinks. Manager needs to realize biking is a form of transportation for many customers and to treat people like that is very unprofessional. Also, every time I go to this location there are homeless people sleeping outside at tables Im their patio. Not a word is ever said to them. They constantly beg for money. No manager outrage then. As much money as I spend at Starbucks I feel Im not very appreciated.

Long line but, the cashier was extremely customer service oriented which seemed to make the wait inconsequential. My issue came with the person at the end of the process who was rushing so fast that 1) I could hardly hear the names being called. 2) She spilled my coffee as she hastily tried to put the lid on the cup. 3) She then used the bottom of her clothing and wiped the 25% empty cup and placed it on the counter for pickup. I could add even more events which adds to my disappointing experience but as I am typing I feel myself getting pissed all over again and its not worth my blood pressure rising. Lets just say that I am finished with that location.

I just want to give some kudos to the morning crew from today. With a line going almost out the door, as Im sure it does most mornings, they did their best to hustle and still have good attitudes. My primary interaction was with the cashier, Andres, and he was very friendly but still efficient. Other members included Nick, Maggie and another female that I believe was a shift leader/manager of sorts. As a Riverside resident, I frequent this location and I just wanted to acknowledge how excellent their front staff was this particular day. Thanks for all the hard work and tasty drinks.

Im sad that this Starbucks has gone downhill. The outside tables arent wiped down, theres trash and the patio hasnt been swept, and there are two homeless people on the patio, and one asleep inside. I feel compassion for homeless people, Im not asking Starbucks to be mean to them... Give them a coffee and send them on their way. I would like a nice relaxing atmosphere to enjoy my ridiculously priced drink in.

This is place needs to figure out a new way of doing things. Waiting 20mins for a cup of joe and then losing the cup and then making someone late to work is a BIG FAIL. Worst customer service and lack of accountability I have ever seen. This is a great way to cut back on Starbucks, just experience the customer service at this location and it will make you never want to come back again.

By far my favorite Starbucks. Probably because its in my neighborhood. Nestled in a walk-able neighborhood, this location has a great outside seating area with views of the park. The staff is always friendly. Parking can be tricky depending on the time of day. Be patient and you wont have a problem.

They get your order right about 50% of the time. If u order a frap, they give u a latte. U order "no whip" and they add whip. Im not sure what is difficult as I dont order anything special...order directly from the menu.

Location was excellent, tasted like every other starbucks, I ordered the medium size and didnt want my receipy but when my coffee came it was the small size. Not sure which size I paid for.

One of the most spacious Starbucks Cafe around Jacksonville. Great for groups, studying meeting or buddies hangout. Staff is freindly and location is great, In beautiful Riversid Ave.
