A driver from this company almost knocked me off the road on the 52 South while merging onto the ramp to go on business 40 w today. I called the company to let them know about this and left a message at 9:05 a.m. Maggie conveniently called me back and left a message at 4:45 p.m. Sounds like my call was not important to them AND she really didnt have any intentions of really talking to me. If this is how their drivers are, perhaps this company doesnt pay attention to detail as well. This driver could have killed me!!!! He didnt even check his blind spot or he would have saw me there. On top of that, he didnt even put on his indicator/blinker -- if I saw it, I would have slowed down to let him change lanes SAFELY!! I treat all things with importance and all lives matter. Who knows, this same driver could cause an accident in the future if hes not informed that he needs to pay better attention. I usually just blow the horn during times like this but this guy, once he noticed what he did, he sped up so that I couldnt catch up with him, and trust me, he was using his blinker that time (he should have been doing this all the time -- dont get too comfortable). Good thing I have decent eyesight to notice what company he works for. Now the driver did this, not the company signature but when I needed to address it, I feel I was ignored. I guess, technically, they didnt have to call me back but at least make it appear as if you really have an interest in what I have to say. I will go on saving lives....as long as I dont run into any more drivers as that one.

1) Professionalism - 5 STARS! Signature has kept our property rented consistently for more than 4 years. No matter what happens, Signature (especially Mark Saunders) has followed up with the tenants, kept us updated and made sure that our property is well maintained. When there are issues, Mark reminds us of our owner responsibilities (in a pleasant and professional way) as well as holds tenants accountable based on the agreed upon lease. 2) Customer service: 5 STARS! We get quick call backs, easy access online to services provided and receipts as well as email updates. We receive follow through on requests for maintenance and upkeep and Mark communicates with the HOA to keep everyone on the same page. 3) Timeliness: 5 STARS! Our property has been empty for less than 30 days between tenants since we signed up with Signature. They have been able to get a contract signed within 2 weeks. Twice our tenants turned in the keys and one broke the lease with no prior notice and they were able to get new tenants signed within 2 weeks. AWESOME! 4) Value for Price: 5 STARS! We receive quotes from Signature when something needs to be repaired and after we double check, we are always pleased that the price quoted by Signature is same or cheaper than if we were to schedule the service ourselves. We have referred two family members to Signature Real Estate, LLC and we will continue to refer friends and family because we appreciate their excellent work!

I just wanted to stop by and let everyone know what my experience was with this real estate company. First off I want to say that they made it extremely easy for me as a first time renter to get into a home. Not only was I able to secure the home while out of state, Gloria and Maggie went out of their way to make the process easy for me. They were kind and patient with me and my lack of knowledge. My rent was reasonable and my little house was perfect!! I stayed in my home for almost a year and NEVER had and issue with Signature. Their employees are very nice at the office, the maintenance coordinate Candice is crazy busy but she always sent someone out to fix my issue in a timely manner, and they were always able to fix the issue. To finish up the most impressive part of my whole experience was my ending my lease early. I had to move back out of state for personal reasons and Maggie was very understanding of the whole situation. Not only did I get my deposits back, but she was able to find someone to move into my home within a week so I was not penalized for ending my lease early. So needless to say these people are the real deal and if you treat them with respect you will have no issues. Thank you Maggie, Gloria, and Candice for helping me out so much! You all made the whole experience very easy and I loved working with all of you!

The house we rented was great and we were able to meet some awesome neighbors so I wont bash any of that, but dealing with Maggie at Signature Real Estate has been the worst. Shes terrible at returning calls or emails and has been holding our security deposit while continuously given excuse after excuse as to why we have not received it yet. First we were supposed to have within 30 days. Then I was told the owner was going to look at the property since apparently she didnt trust the photos Maggie took. Then Maggie specifically told me the owner looked at the property and wed be getting our money back in the following week after the owner released the funds (did not mention any issues). Then about a week later Im told the owner never went to look at the house yet and instead her brother did but apparently the owner still wont move forward until she looks at the property herself. I understand this is a negative on the owner as well but Maggie should not be given false information and lying to me about the situation. I understand she is paid by the owner but its terrible customer service. Going on 60 days post our move-out and we should have received our funds already.

Shannon Hopkins is absolutely fantastic ! I had the pleasure of working directly with Shannon, as a tenant to a property, she oversaw, through Signature Real Estate, LLC. Every single time I called Shannon with a question, or pertaining to an issue, Shannon not only answered my calls, regardless of whether or not it was a holiday, the weekend, or late in the evening, she also ALWAYS went above and beyond to accommodate me. When faced with an issue, she resolved the matter quickly and efficiently, working around my schedule, all while effectively communicating with me every step of the way. Shannon not only conducts herself, and her affairs professionally, she takes the time to build a relationship with you. She is an absolute asset to Signature Property, and is someone I will send clients to, and stay in contact with, in the future. Thank you Shannon!

Signature Real Estate, LLC is the worst property management company! They do not understand what communication is! For several months I have had several maintenance issues that have not been followed up on. I have called the agent Grayson Harper multiple times with no return. I even went up to the office and finally spoke to him and was advised he would call back. Upon not receiving a call back I contacted the broker in charge Maggie (Manager) who apologized and assured she would call me back. 2 days later and nothing. I am a working mother who does not have the time or patience to deal with this type of incompetence! This is the most unprofessional landlord experience I have ever encountered. Please do not buy or rent from them! Please share!
