I heard multiple horrer stories from friends who got their cartilage pierced and it still was causing trouble months afterwards (which didnt help convincing my parents lol). Ive had my cartilage pierced for two weeks now and it doesnt hurt at all. I catch myself laying on the side of my piercing and that doesnt hurt either. The shop is very clean and all of the employees are very nice. I highly recommend Jade Monkey if you are wanting a piercing or tattoo.

I got my cartilage pierced here, the studio is very clean and Todd was the one who did my piercing. I was nervous about the experience because this was the first piercing aside from my earlobes, and he comforted me and it was over very quickly. Didnt even hurt! Overall the process was very fast, the guys were friendly and helpful with all of my questions, and it was also the best deal in Wilmington. I would go there again!

I will never stop raving about Jade Monkey. They are so genuine, so kind, and take such good care of every single customer. You walk in and it feels almost homey with all the badass art on the walls and the comfy couches. Ive gotten pierced and tattooed here, and I know that I will come back here often because I love the environment so much, and I love how much care the artists put into their work.

I went to them for my first tattoo and it was the perfect experience! They are so welcoming even right when you walk in the door. Zachary was my artist and he is wonderful!! He does his job well and is very kind and polite he makes you feel comfortable and goes at your pace!! And the rest of the staff are nice and welcoming highly recommend this place
