I like Cadillac Custom Tattoos...dont get me wrong. My husband and friends have always had a great experience there! I, on the other hand, did not. I DO NOT recommend Mark. He was not very friendly to begin with and his sour attitude continued during the 3 1/2 hours we were together. He seemed annoyed when I needed to take breaks. He did not talk, laugh, joke around like the other guys...and would barely answer any questions I asked him. This was not my first tattoo..I know what it should and shouldnt feel like. The further into the tattoo we got, the rougher he got. After each break, he dug deeper and rougher. Therefore, my tattoo was much more sore than my husbands even after a week of heeling. Dont get me wrong, he did a good job... but its not hard to mess up when its from a stencil and not even an original. Doug-on the other hand- is awesome. Answers all of your questions, talks some and focuses well on your work. Very pleased with his tattoo skills! If I go back to this shop, I will request Doug and move my schedule... Hope this is helpful!

Got my nose pierced from here. The price was great. The guy who did it was doing a tattoo when I walked in and asked me what I wanted, and there was no other people there who worked so I had to wait probably 20 minutes which isnt to bad. When he was finished he got right into piercing my nose, he was patient and talked me through it because I was nervous. The diamond for my nose was the only nose ring they had but was pretty. The piercing was quick and he made sure I waited an extra five minutes to make sure I wasnt bleeding still which was cool. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Its no wonder they have one of the lowest ratings on here. I just went in there to ask about tapering my septum piercing because I just got it re-pierced and it fell out about 30 minutes. It takes 2 seconds to do. The guy was extremely rude and raised his voice at me saying that he doesnt taper and tried to get me to pay to re-pierce it. HORRIBLE customer service. If you dont want to be treated like a C class citizen dont come to this place.

Came out to get a feel for the place. I wasnt planning on getting a tattoo that night but I wanted to talk to someone about the tattoo I had in mind. No one greeted us when we walked in. They had 20 minutes until close but then they said " they were done for the night". Noone suggested we come back or even spoke to us directly. To your response : you dont remember anyone new at 1140? I goes we were invisiable then.

Had 2 great experiences in the past. Called to find out if i could get an idea of how much something would cost and the guy basically cut me off and said we dont do that over the phone. Ok duh I know you need to see it. No recomendations on how to get a price idea, no suggestion to email a picture. Nothing. No point in wasting my time if you are gonna be rude. Going elsewhere.

We went up there on a Saturday night about 10 and there was nobody there we set there for 45 min thinking maybe they went to get something to eat and in that time multiple people showed up the open sign was one and the hours says they close at 12am but nothing
