I purchased the Adidas Energy Boost ESM running shoe from Fleet Feet Sports and was beyond satisfied with the shoe at first. So, I went the Adidas website to learn more about the shoe. Much to my surprise I found out that I purchased the first generation shoe from Fleet Feet for the same price that Adidas listed the third generation shoe. I decided to go back to Fleet Feet to discuss my issue with them, as I felt that Id not received what I payed for. I really didnt know what to expect upon my arrival at the store. You never know how these situations are going to play out. After discussing my issue with the employee who sold me the shoes he immediately got the ball rolling to come up with a reasonable solution. He then spoke with his supervisor for a few moments and was given approval to make the purchase right by giving me a competitive price and returning the remaining balance. Needless to say I couldnt be happier with the way the Fleet Feet staff handled the situation. They will, with out a doubt, continue to be my source for running gear.

I love Fleet Feet and Michelle is very knowledgeable and helpful. To finally have a pair of shoes that dont squeeze my wide feet at the little toe is a Godsend! I am so tickled that my request for Altras was taken seriously and they started carrying this brand. (Although, Im sure I wasnt the only one to request them, it is heartening to realize they LISTEN to their customers!) She put a pair of socks on my feet that were so comfortable I had to buy them, price be damned, and when I got home I realized they were the same brand as a pair of socks Id purchased over 6 years ago that are still my favorite and havent worn out after all this time! So, you can count on comfort, quality and expertise at this store! Thank you Michelle! I will be sending my patients to you too!

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and helped by a professional representative. Even though it was 15 mins till closing, I asked for fitting for a running shoe and She was amazing about it answered all my questions and met all my needs as a runner and customer(thats in a nutshell-she really went all out)! My husband was impressed with her information on the insoles that he purchased a pair for his boots. He is in the military and often has hikes with discomfort now his feet wont be the discomfort. She then sized him and showed him exactly how to cut them down and even offered to cut them for him on his next visit if needed. Your representative was informative and she did a Great job! Thank you Fleet Feet Sports! We will be back again!!!

This was my first time going into this Fleet Feets store in Wilmington, and Laura (or Lauren. Sorry, Im bad with names.) was more than happy to help me. Super caring, sweet, and willing to truly hear about all my injuries and most recent running experiences. We closely looked at my size, pronation, (etc.) and determined what selection of shoes would work best with me (inserts as well.). She anatomical explained to me what was wrong with my feet, and how we could hopefully fix my issue (correct shoe and exercises). She knew of shoes that I had questions about, and the specific feature of each shoe she presented to me. Thank you so much, love my new shoes!! Footlocker, champs, etc. dont have nothing on these peps.

Thanks to Ben at Fleet Feet Sports Wilmington for his expertise and patience. They are excellent at fitting your feet, evaluating your gate, and recommending the appropriate shoe based on that and intended function. After putting it off for over three years (!), I now have cute new sneakers and happy feet. Im giving my feet a little time to adjust to the new sneakers, then expect to go back again for inserts. They are very patient at helping you choose those as well. While there, Ben expertly assisted two other customers as well, while still managing to provide excellent, individualized customer service!

Of course I thought for no good reason that I needed to change the running shoe Ive been wearing. So, I head to Fleet Feet Sports so Michelle Fogle could lend a hand in this HUGE decision. She finds something comparable, I fall in love, take them for a spin, fall out of love. This happens TWICE. She graciously lets me return both pair then goes on an online hunt for my original shoe (which of course is no longer in circulation.) 3 days later...theyre here!! Went in looking for a new pair of workout shoes. Trish was the sales associate I happened to get and I am so thankful! She told me the shoes I was looking at were mainly for running / forward motion (which I dont run). She asked me what type of exercise I did, offered to pull a few other shoe styles, explained the differences and benefits in the shoes, helped me with getting the right insoles and even laced up all the shoes I tried on. The personal service offered at Fleet Feet Sports is what sets them apart from and above other retail stores.

The Wilmington staff is very friendly and so helpful! Recently Michelle Fogle (owner) knew I was looking for a specific pair of shoes in a particular color. While I was in the store, she immediately started making calls trying to find them! Within 2 days, she had hunted them down and had them shipped in from Tulsa, OK! She also messaged me to let me know they were in! What incredible service! She really cares about her customers and works hard to please us! She has earned all my business!

I had a wonderful experience at Fleet Feet Sports in Wilmington. They took the time to really figure out which shoes I needed to have the best experience doing what I do most (walking). They also fitted me with socks and insoles. I have a problem sometimes getting athletic shoes that fit well and dont give me blisters in weird places. Fleet Feet helped me find the best shoes. Ive been walking in them for about a week, 4-5 miles per day, and they are perfect. Highly recommend!

Fleet Feet is incredible. They measure and check your feet to know exactly what you need. I got the best shoes that feel the best and my feet dont hurt! Trish was so knowledgeable and helpful.
