Terrible customer service! Uninformed workers. They never got out of their seats to help me. Plus they gave me an estimate on my Pistol collection and severely tried to rape me on the price. THESE GUYS ARE not only LAZY, DUMB, they are THIEVES!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! You want details ok here we go. 1. They argued with over 556 vs .223. They claim they are exactly the same. BS They are not!!!! 2. They never got out of their chair to help me, they acted as if I interrupted their conversation. 3. I took 9 pistols in their to get a ballpark of what I could sell them back for. They gave me a price of $900 mind you I have 2 S&W.357s, 1 Ruger Super BlackHawk .44, 1 S&W .44, 1 S&W 25 Auto, Derringer, 1 S&W .38 special, and 1 Colt Old Officer .38. They said they would give me $900 WHAT A BUNCH OF FAT IDIOTS!!!!! Go to American Sportsman in East Rochester and ask for Fred!
