I come to this bi-lo once a week. Its not my normal Bi-Lo store but Ive shop there for years now. This is the only bi-lo left in town and theres 2 more down the street and in North Charlotte. I missed my home Bi-Lo store on The Plaza & Albemarle Rd and all the other Bi-Los close by. Im also at ALDI up the street so its very good I come in there. It is a quiet store to shop at...since mostly everyone shops at other places. The store isnt in good condition but the people there are friendly. Any time you have coupons they make sure the customer is taken care of and they would let you do post coupons if you forgot to bring your coupon. The coupon policy is still the same at Bi-Lo but not for Harveys. I bring my business into bi-lo more than harveys although they are owned by the same company

Check your expiration dates on everything. Bought a 12 pack of drinks that was already passed the expiration date(my fault). So i went and checked, these guys have a serious problem of not removing old products from shelves(all kinda of products). Looks to be going out of buisness, and trying to stretch their product life to increase profit. Stear clear.

This store isnt what it used to be... Variety in products is minimal. Nothing really stands out about this store chain. Not upscale but also not a low cost contender. They are just kind of there and only offer convenience. Not horrible by any means but theyve become kind of like that rental car that most consumers would never buy from a manufacturer.

The best customer service Ive experienced in a long time!!! I dont coupon too much anymore because of nasty cashiers but this bilo was super sweet and didnt give me a hard time about using coupons. At the end of my transaction, they congratulated me on my savings and said I was good!

I like shopping at Bi-Lo the customer service is very good friendliness always willing to help you when you cant find what youre looking for and always have what I go there to get I go there a lot and its and I dont want to leave out the prices great I recommend Bi-Lo to everyone

I was originally sad that all of the Bi-Los in my area changed to Publix. After visiting this store, Im not sad anymore. Lack of inventory, and a sub-par selection of groceries will keep me from going back.

Leaves alot to be desired. They do have some things that the other markets do not and thats why I come here every now and again. I dont like their inflated prices either and lack of natural products.

Great prices, friendly staff for sure. I love that most veggies and fruits come unpacked (zero waste freak alert), and opening hours are great. Save more by applying for the plenti card.

Clean store but very unhelpful cashiers. They stand there with no offers of assistance. The pricing and sales IMO are not anything special. I prefer the smiling faces of harris teeter.
