I went close to closing and the employees were extremely rude. One kept getting on the intercom every five minutes to say we will be closing in 30 minutes 25 minutes 15 minutes etc. The other one told me "you have to go" and it was 10 minutes before closing. I went to the dressing room at 10:05 (25 minutes before closing) and she said I could not try on clothes because she had to put away all the items that needed to be put back on the racks. I have worked in retail myself many times and there are closing duties that are required to be done after the store closes. customers should not be forced to leave before closing time so that you can get your work done early.

I was there a few days ago with my little sister and mom looking for some art work for my room we had set down a piece that we were going to buy to then look at some furniture when the lady from the fitting room came over and told my sister she could not set things down then told her to go pick up some random items that were not even ours to begin with and go put them away and that she could not sit or touch the furniture as she walked away she said something underneath her breath that I could not make out but looked back at us making faces i have always had good experiences here in the past but that was definitely not one of them

We went to these to shop around some kids stuffs not lot of options for kids but price is less for the branded item both men and womens and lot home needs with good discounted price .. But the customer service was not polite to the question asked also. She was very rude to the customer

Ross seems to have downgraded what they choose to sell at their stores which has really brought their brand down. With all that being said.. everyone one of their staff that I came in contact with at this location where very friendly and store was clean.

Empty Shelves! This used to be a great store but the last few times the shelves are empty. shoes, purses, housewares multiple shelves completely emtpy. Thankfully Marshalls is a few doors down.

I was there at 5:30 today, costume services is horrible!!! A woman in fitting room (she have long hair) she have ATTITUDE with me when I walk into try my clothes .

Great location to find discounted button up shirts for work that are not going to be plain and basic. Decent selection of pants and shoes as well.

No selections. Empty shelves and talkative cashiers. People keep waiting in line and they chat with each other. I had to walk away
