here to make a return ... there is currently a line 15 people long (with only 1 cashier open) and other associates are just putting clothes on racks... seems like they should ask for some back up/help so customers dont have to wait 30 minutes to an hour in line. Id recommend going to other raleigh/Morrisville Ross locations!!

Its clean and well lit. The parking lot is easily accessible abs there are plenty of parking spaces. The store is a typical Ross store layout. The employees were friendly, although I didnt request assistance other than checking out.

Poorly managed shop floor. Items just lying around mostly in a haphazard manner. It gave me the impression of a place more like Good Will Donation center just with better and more POS registers.

The manager there right now is horrible and very unprofessional. Some of the other cashiers are rude and are ugly to the customers. Go to the one in morrisville, it is much better.
