I stopped in to buy my girlfriend a surprise gift. The shopping experience was good and the staff friendly, there was an issue with their credit card system, but it was resolved. We later had some questions about the product, and looked it up on-line, this is why I have to give a poor rating to the store, I found out they had marked the price up 110%!!! I realize a store has to make a profit, but come on. This is a case of buyer beware, I should have done my research ahead of time, but I will not be shopping here again....

Being a guy shopping for my wife. It was actually a very good experience very friendly knowledgeable staff. Feels a little weird at first never buying toys in person at a store but with the knowledge of the staff youre buying something you know your partner will like. I only went in to spend maybe fifty bucks and walked out spending triple that so just keep in mind theres lots of amazing things and not much different for prices online

Showed up to the store at 10:53pm and the open sign was on. Proceeded to the door and they were locked. Looked at the cashier with a wth type face...and all she did was mouth sorry. I was outside saying that we had MORE THEN five minutes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
