So, Im still waiting on a response on where I can file a formal complaint. But, about a half an hour ago I was in Marshalls located in Cary, NC and was falsely accused of shoplifting. As I am paying for my $76 worth of merchandise the "security" and manager come up behind the cashier as I am paying. Before I even get my receipt "security" says " I am going to give you a chance to come clean because you seem like a nice little family" (my husband and toddler child are with me but husband left the store with a toddler who was tired of shopping) I say "excuse me?" He says you were in the beauty department shoplifting" I say " I was shoplifting?" So, at this point there is a line behind me the cashier had already given me attitude, that I now understand what it was for. I told him to go through my purse and let me know what I was stealing and he said " Id be more than happy to" so, after searching my bag and finding nothing which I already knew was going to happen he says "sorry about that and walks away." I get outside to where my husband is waiting for me and he goes in to see what is going on. He goes back to view the cameras and says he has been watching us since we first came in the store and I was handing him the clothes I had picked out "rolled" up and parted ways. First of all, I just wanna state that we were there shopping for me. My Husband had our child in the cart and went to occupy him. I put the clothes in the cart so I didnt have to carry them. He states I bent down and looked at a lower shelf and it looked like "I put my purse on the floor." Which did not happen. He kind of shrugged my husband off and we returned the items. My husband then calls the store to get the name of "the security" and the manager on duty. The manager wouldnt give them any names. So, he went back to the store and got their names. The "security" laughed in his face like it was some kind of joke when asked what was funny he stated that my husband was "just funny" This was honestly extremely embarrassing for me and I get that mistakes can happen but nobody even seemed remotely sorry for falsely accusing me and going through my bag in front of the entire store. I will not be going back here and look forward to speaking to someone to file a complaint and give their names.

This Marshalls has always been good to find a pair of shoes for my teen boy. I have been lucky to find some clothing or sports wear, I have to say it is getting harder to find stuff there that I like. With all that said, this is one of the better Marshalls locations in the Raleigh Area.

My go to place for colognes! Even handbags... and recently shoes. Believe it or not... check them out. As others have said not the tidiest place but I dont go there to be wowed by their appearance, I go to check out their prices and deals!

I went to look for shoes on 10/22/13. The selection was not great and the shoe department was a mess. Box tops were not intact. The shoe cubbies had all kinds of shoes in them instead of one kind or style. I did find a great coat.

Beautiful Marshalls store. A bit smaller than most other Marshalls Ive been too but the selection is good. Once in a while you can find a gem brand lurking at an affordable price. Parking lot right outside.

I have found some great deals here. I wish it was kept a bit more tidy and organized. Because of this, it ends up being an alternative shopping destination instead of the first place I think to go.
