OMGOSH! This place is filled with unprofessional employees. No customer service at all! I visited this Roses on the night of 10/13/16. My husband and I come to this store for small inexpensive items and for the convenience. Usually the employees arent great with customer service but I have never seen anything like this night we went... We asked a gentleman for a item and where it was located, he politely showed us and we was on our way. Once we got to the check out there were 2 females; One was talking on the store phone, the other doing some sort of paperwork. My husband and I stood there for 2 min until I decided to ask out loud "Are one of you open for checkout?" The girl who was doing the the paperwork walked away, and the female who was on the phone hand gestured for us to move forward. I didnt say anything about her being on the phone, I thought to myself "Maybe its a customer or another store she is talking to, she cant possibly be this rude" She begin to ring up our items, still talking on the phone! Talking to her boyfriend about what they were gonna do tonight, what they were going to eat, who he was around, and how funny and silly he is. Me and my husband was in AWE! I couldnt believe it, she didnt tell me my total, but instead pointed to the register. My husband paid her and received our change she then handed over our bag, while still talking to her boyfriend, and said "Have a good night". We looked at her with such disgust and walked out! Unprofessional, Rude, No Customer Service, and Un Polite! Roses really needs to hire better representation to be the Front of their Face! I understand people that dont want to work there, but my thing is No one forced you to take that job! Be professional at a job that requires it or work in a wear house where you can be alone. Horrible experience and my family and I will not be back.

Their boots are on sale for 30% off and where it says shows you the prices says 19.99 equals up to 13.99 and the manager tried argue with me and say theyre 14.99 I think new management needs to be done!
