I loved when Charleston finally got a Target and this location is most accessible to me and my family. The selections, the employees and the store WERE impeccable! And when they added a STARBUCKS, I decided that I could quite possibly be THE LADY THAT LIVED IN TARGET! ;) The past 6 months - year, I have been very disappointed with each and every visit to this store - the outside is littered with trash (trash cans full and flowing out), the store itself has been very disheveled and disorderly (shoes strewn in the aisles, clothes under racks and not in any type of order (the discounted clothing take up almost as much floor space as the regular prices items), the seasonal items are almost never available (shelves empty) and the CSRs are not as friendly and definitely not as helpful. Quite honestly, Ive seen DOLLAR GENERAL stores in better condition. Please, please, please help!!!

Awful customer service. The manager named Beth was very rude and unhelpful. I was standing in line and she was talking to the employee in charge of checking me out. Rather than greet me or ask me how I was doing, she told me to go to another line if I wanted help. She should not be managing others with customer service skills like that. To be fair, Keasha (the girl who ended up checking me out) was very nice. Aside from her, nobody in the store even asked of o needed any help.

I never ever review places ever but this got me irritated. Im trying to buy a shark steam mop, which this target has clearly on display, but there isnt any product on the shelves. When I asked an employee if there were any in the back, he said that none of the targets around, including this one, sell or carry this product and hes not sure why theyre even on display. Why display a product for the world to see, but not carry it?? Beyond me. Get it together.

I bought a present from a wedding registry, and I saw a week later that the item was not yet taken off the list. I called the store to get this simple issue taken care of, and there was nothing that could be done. Why is this so hard? I could tell the wedding party to take it off the list themselves, but that would ruin the surprise. I have never had any issues with Target, until now. Target, get your wedding registries act together!

While these bigots are closed on a Christian holiday, they had no problem staying open on the Vernal Equinox. Bunch of bigots. I cant get out of the house often due to my morbid obesity, and when I needed to go to Target to get my twinkie and marshmallow groceries they were closed for a catholic holiday?! Im never shopping at this place again now that I know their true colors!

Usually dont have a problem when I shop here. Store is always clean and staff is pretty friendly. I even got someone in the electronics department to price match an item that was 20 bucks cheaper on Amazon! They have been making big improvements to their store layout and its just an overall great place to shop.

Target at Citadel Mall is the nicest Target in Charleston. Great location at Citadel Mall with easy access to I-526. They just added a new Starbucks inside it and a grocery section. I absolutely love this store! Very convenient to all areas of Charleston and I like that its connected to the mall as well.

I love that this Target is in the mall! Its very convenient to go to a few stores and then hit Target on the way out to pick up a few things that I need. Plus there are some good restaurants just around the corner. They just resurfaced the parking lot area and its MUCH nicer now!

Not as clean or well kept as when it opened, to be sure. Hard to find mens clothes unless you wear XL or larger: always sold out of Medium and Small sizes. Most interactions with staff have been tepid at best. Still, a step up from Wal-Mart.

I love Target it is my second home! They have everything I need whenever I need it. The clearance is amazing and they always have great deals. Ive only ever had one bad experience with an employee but otherwise the staff is very helpful.

Unbelievably rude cashier...my wife and I were purchasing...."Family planning" items, and she actually made several immature comments. I couldnt believe my ears. I told the manager but she didnt seem to care.
