Dont even TRY to get anything accomplished by phone. Miserable service at best. I got some mumbly woman from who-knows -where that spoke poor English and understood almost nothing I said. In store is better, IF you can get help. Like everyone else lately, Sears expects one employee to do the work of three or four, which means you wait... Pricing is tricky - there always seems to be a "catch" to advertised sale prices. Too bad - Sears used to be a top shelf place. Now its rather like K-Mart or Cheap Charlies Bargain Basement. At least they still have Kenmore appliances. As a follow-up to above: I finally reached the store, but no one could pick up. They offered a call-back option, which I chose. From 11 am til closing time, NO ONE CALLED! I tried three more times with the same result. Ridiculous

The store is riddled with incorrect pricing on all sale and clearance products. The associates will tell you that they will give you the product for the sale or clearance price on the shelves, but after thirty minutes, they will return and state that only one manager can perform the override (who is obviously off that day). It is situations such as this combined with an incompetent management team that is signalling the end of Sears - good riddance. Do yourself a favor and sign up for Prime.

Made a appointment a week in advance and got there the day of the appointment and there was no record of the appointment being made. I was told it would take a hour and a half to complete my brake job and it took well over 3 hrs. They ordered the wrong part which made my wait longer. They have great prices but their service is very slow.

was told on the phone repair was gonna cost $60, ended up being $155, was told they had the part, they didnt, was told was gonna take half an hour, nope 1 hour + didnt know my car a 2000 grand am gt was a v6, come on now what grand am gt do you ever see with a 4 cylinder!
