Ive tried shopping here on multiple occasions, the phone service is terrible. Every time I call I am greeted by a rude representative and this has forced me to label this entire franchise as a snobby smoke shop chain. I had intentions of spending money with them but following my experience so far, I can tell I would end up regretting it. You may very well be reading this to see its relatable to your experience. BUYER BEWARE.

Popular place, but not worth the hassle. The wait to talk to anyone behind the counter took forever, but it felt like I was bothering the sales person when I finally did. Not to mention that what I came in for was way over priced. Do more research on vaping equipment, including getting a feel for pricing before you go to a brick and mortar store.

The staff is nice and personable. This is the reason High Life Smoke Shop gets my business. The other vape stores in Gastonia have staff that act very snobby about vaping, which is more than a little ridiculous. I am not going to pay someone to talk down to me about simple and inexpensive products.

Overpriced & incompetent staff. Refused refunds on unused item even when I only bought wrong size do to cashier suggestions. Multiple problems in only a few transactions. Never again!
