Was sold a vaporizer that did not work. Took it home, unwrapped it, plugged it in to charge it as instructed, and item did not work. The next morning, I took it back to exchange it for working item, and the clerk would not exchange it. Instead, he walked over to a side display wall, about 15 feet away from the sales register, and pulled apart two gay pride streamers to reveal a sign... All Sales Final. He would not give me a working item. Ignoring my impulse to destroy something, I left the store. I will never purchase another item there, and will continue to tell everyone I know not to shop there. The only up side to the story is that I didnt buy the most expensive vaporizer... but still threw away my money, regardless. Scam merchandise, full price! Such a deal.

AVOID this place and go to any of the nearby head shops in the area. I purchased two different pieces of glass and they both broke after two weeks. The E-Cig I purchased actually blew up and gave me a shock. The quality is so far below anything within a mile radius. Worth the extra 5 minute walk everytime. The staff would not help me in any way with replacements or returns and was very rude. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY

A cool little smoke shop in Lakeview! The manager was friendly and super helpful in helping us find what we wanted. Its fun just to pop your head in every now and then just to look around.
