First off, I am an extremely young looking 20 year old male. I have been smoking cigars for a few years now and know exactly what I want. When I first walked in, he treated me like a child telling me how cigars are strong and I wouldnt like them and proceeded to help someone else. I politely asked him to help me whenever he was done. A couple minutes later he went in the back to look for a certain cigar I wanted. He brought them out and when I told him I only wanted to know of his stock for future reference, he yelled at me saying "You took me away from another customer and dont want anything!?!? Get out before I hit you over the head!" I apologized and said "I had no intention of taking him away from a paying customer, I just wanted to pointed in the right direction" then he yelled "the direction is the door." I have never seen anyone so rude to customers and its safe to say I will never be going back. Ever.

Its funny to me that the other reviews here are half perfect and half horrible, because I think the average is about right. Its a smallish shop, and the service can be hit and miss, but the prices are much better than most places and the selection is pretty good. This place might not be worth a special trip, and Ive never really felt like settling in and enjoying a smoke there, but if Im looking for something pretty standard Ill stop in the next time Im in that part of town. In and out with no fuss and usually at a better price.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at this cigar shop. The selection is excellent, up to date and always the perfect humidity. The prices are better than any other cigar shop in the city and the owner Nick takes the time to make sure you get what youre looking for. He even gives me a discount when I buy a box.

i wish i could give no stars. dont waste your time going here. the tobacconist told us the pipe tobacco was old and dry, as he sat on a couch in the back of the store laughing at a movie. the cigars looked dry and old also.

Service here is very helpful and incredibly funny! The owner, Nick, is quite a character and has a really good sense of humor. The selection of cigars is great and they are cheqper than others in the area.
