This was once a good place to eat and I actually worked here briefly last summer. Something has definitely changed since then and after our experience today, we wont be back. We got there about 5:40 p.m. (on a Monday)and there were maybe a dozen tables sat at that time. When our server, Shea T finally arrived to take our drink orders, wed had plenty of time to memorize the menu. I ordered meatloaf, mashed potatoes, broccoli and a side salad. Our server disappeared and we didnt see her so much as peek out at the dining room until she brought our food. If Id seen her at any point before then I would have asked for my salad, which eventually arrived with my lukewarm meal. Shea T (our server) said "I forgot about your salad and then I had to make it myself." Sorry, unacceptable excuse. My husband ordered a bowl of pinto beans with onions and chow-chow. When I stuck my fork in the potatoes, I could lift the entire mound without losing any. They were nearly solid like a lump of softened clay. By the time I wolfed down the salad, my food was basically cold but we were both hungry and didnt want to wait another half hour to eat. Hubbys beans were also barely lukewarm and Shea T had to go back for his onions--yet another delay. Even the biscuits were cold, but at least the butter was warm! We have two kids who are servers so we know what good service and HOT food is. In our book, poor service plus cold food equals "Never going back there."

Absolutely awful and the servers wasnt friendly and wasnt professional at all. We was followed by greeters in the gift shop like we was going to steal from them . I would tell everyone I know to never go there and that this was the worst myself and sister-in-law have ever been treated in our entire life. Ive never been followed by someone like Im a thief. I can be called alot of things from my past but however Im not a thief and never will be. My sister-in-law has never been in trouble and eithet of us doesnt look like the type to do so ... I will never go back again ajd while paying for the bill I noticed charges that wasnt ordered and when saying something we was talked to like we was trying to get free food and trust me we both go out to eat a lot on weekends. However hope that it was worth the assumption of us. Youll never have our business again

My grandfather and I was in that neck of the woods a while back. Our experience was not terrible but was not outstanding either. It was veterans day when we arrived. We ordered and got our food. The bistics and gravy was warm. I ordered hash browns. When i got them they were raw. Bacon was crispy. The sever took back the hash browns and made me some new ones. Ones i never got because they took to long with it. She admitted that she dropped my hash browns on the floor and had to remake them a 3rd time. That was towards the end of my breakfast. Im not a local but i do hope they start getting better works in this barrel.

Not the best CB experience. Waiter obviously new with poor training. Wrong side dishes (another waitress stepped in and offered to fix). Check left at table the same time as meal (no offer of dessert? Upsell to raise check average....rule of thumb for waitstaff!). Charged for items not ordered (straightened out before heading to pay) Chicken livers overdone. Cashiers more focused on each other and some manager gossip than taking payment. I understand busy, rainy Sundays in restaurant world, but think some customer service training is in order. BUT....those Buttermilk biscuits were rockin!

My wifes entire plate was Luke warm at the hottest. Her mashed potatoes were cold, the biscuits and cornbread( she only asked for biscuts) were also cold. Her replacement plate felt like theybstuck precooked food in a microwave and brought it to us. sandwich was missing the mayo. The highlight of our visit was my cheerwine came with a frosted mug. The table next to us had to send their food back twice. The manager was extremely cordial and didnt ask or make us pay for anything. Would not recommend.

Mediocre food, mediocre service, and the fact that the management told me to put my legal weapon in my car or leave because I was open carrying was just messed up. They have no posted signs about this policy, and as a "country store" you wouldnt think this would be their policy. A quick Google search yields plenty about controversy over their somewhat secretive anti-open carry policy. If I didnt have starving kids, I would have went elsewhere but from now on Cracker Barrel has lost my business.

Let me start by saying I love Cracker Barrel, but after I was seated the manager approached me and told me I could not carry my gun In his store as it offended some of his guest. I told him there was not a "No weapons" sign located on his front door, and he told me he didnt care. Im former military and law enforcement, and they way he treated me about the issue really got to me. Plus the wait here is atrocious.

its a Cracker Barrel.. One of the advantages of Cracker Barrel is getting the same type of food no matter where you are in the country. if you dont want that type food - dont come to Cracker Barrel, this one is clean the food is good and the prices are consistent.. we have been here several times and will probably eat here again...

Staff not focused on customer experience... To go order not accurate and missing utensils... Waited 10 minutes at hostess stand before going into dinning room and flagging down waiter who took order and nearly 30 minutes till prepared... Management and Staff seemed to have no real investment in customer satisfaction...

Food and atmosphere is always great at any Cracker Barrel. This particular one, was really bad service and reason for this I think was mostly a new waitress. She had only two other tables but, learning to be a server can be very hard and stressful. Will def stop again on my travels to give it a second chance.

Usually good but tonight it was pathetic. Waited 40 minutes with not that big a crowd because half the dining room was closed. They didnt have enough staff to run the place. Whoever the manager is should be fired! When they finally offered us a table it had not been wiped off, floor was filthy so we left!

One of the few "meh" experiences Ive ever had at a Cracker Barrel. They werent that busy, and there were several folks near us who waited a long time to be served. The coffee wasnt very good, and my blueberry pancakes werent either. Maybe they were short staffed...

Terrible, TERRIBLE service. Once we were seated we waited 5 minutes before our waitress came to take drink orders, we had to ask for biscuits and she didnt enough for the whole table. This location generally has good reviews but our experience was a awful one.

Love the hash brown casserole but the butter is to hard to spread until you get thru eating and I like that silverware is wrapped in a napkins but you have to ask for extra napkins and one isnt enough unless it was larger and thicker
