Staffs #1 priority has been, since I first walked in, taking care of customers and giving them a positive gift shopping experience. I was first a customer, then an employee at Gift-ology, and now am a happy customer again. I wanted to disclose that, because its best to be up-front and I recognize I may have a different perspective having worked there! But Ive been on both sides of the fence and was impressed both times. The supportive, friendly environment the staff creates among themselves is a big piece of what makes Gift-ology a great place to walk into, and they know it. The women are helpful and fun to talk to, and as far as Ive seen, never give off that irritating impression that they dont want to be there. I can tell this hasnt changed since I left, and as I continue to shop there I hope it never does. Jamie MC...Im not sure why youre not more up-front about the details of your (obvious) employment, because I recall you were let go after 2 no-call no-shows in a row, and were only employed there for about 2-3 weeks. I think showing up to work would have given you a different impression.

Love this store and customer service was good. I did catch managers making new girls look bad. What just because youre a manager you werent the one doing something wrong? They always blame the new girls since they believe one of their own know what they doing yet there is a girl with an accent that doesnt even know what most of the stuff are named
