BUYER BEWARE! The owner is a terrible business woman. My husband and I have purchased Vera Bradley, Dept 56, Brighton and other gifts here. Ive dealt with snoty service over the years and for whatever reason I kept returning. No longer! My husband purchased a Brighton jewelry set. I wanted to exchange the bracelet. It didnt fit well on my wrist. Apparently you cannot exchange after 30 days. The 15 day policy is on their receipt BUT NOT the 30 day exchange. We are 4 days out of the 30 day and we were flat out refused! The owner was even there and we had asked to see her but we were only made to deal with the manager. I was looking at bracelets that cost more so I would be PAYING extra for my new bracelet. I was even planning to purchase more as a bought a Google deal for here. My husband and I are Amazed and Dumbfounded that a business owner would be SO dismissive of her customers. And we are customers repeat customers. I have a fantastic hubby that enjoys buying Brighton jewelry and purses for me. He will gladly give his business to the Brighton store at the Wiregrass Mall. He should have gone there. Thanks Victorian Village for ruining a Mothers Day present experience for my entire life family. This is one small business owner that doesnt deserve to serve the community. Quite possible why they are doing Google offers. Keep it up and you may need not have the need to SERVE your customers. SHAME SHAME SHAME!

If you value service at any level avoid this place. My wife received a Kindle Vera Bradley cover from her Mother as a gift. Her mother had purchased it earlier in the year. The problem was it was for the wrong Kindle. They went to exchange it and that was when the trouble began. Because the time before the return was longer than their policy they would not take it back. She quickly pointed out to the manager that the exact same piece was sitting displayed on a shelf. The Manager was quick to point out that it had been out of their care, and there for could not take it back (WTF). She pointed out that it had been wrapped and he could inspect it. The Manager stood firm on his policy even though his (on the shelf) had dust on it. The end of this story is very sad for a local business person. They lost several hundred dollars of sales, and my wife will not be returning. She does not feel that she can give anyone a gift from here, as they will never be able to return it. As a business person myself, I can tell you that the only thing in business that matters is taking care of your customers. Policies are only in place as a guideline to protect you from bad business decisions. This Policy does not seem to be realistic for today’s shoppers.

When I went in today, I was very excited to shop small this holiday season and support local stores in my community. I went with a specific gift in mind but as I was looking around I found a few other things I really liked. The associate was so rude she made me not want to buy anything else besides what I intended. Unfortunately, I put all my items back and I wont be back. Ill just shop online instead of dealing with the rude staff.

I have been here at least ten times as I work nearby. I do like the selection of items, but agree that most of the staff members are rude. I dont want special treatment, but I also dont want to be treated as if I am a bother or a thief. There is a common air of arrogance among nearly all of the staff members here which makes me not want to shop here again, and I wont.
