Management needs to get their priorities together and learn how to run a successful, customer based Restaurant. Not all but about 75% of employees were some of the worst Ive seen in years. I go to the Cracker Barrel on state road 64 and I love it. Ive been to this one maybe 3 times in hopes it will be better, but its only worse every time. I waited too long for even a waitress to greet me, I didnt receive a drink until 12 minutes after being seated. And also I wanted to put my order in but the waiter told me I had to wait because I had 3 ahead of me. I dont have anything good to say about this Cracker Barrel and it is in fact unprofessional at its finest.

We were here around 11am today (fathers day) and they were swamped! Our server was really fast and remembered to refill our coffee quickly. She came back to the table after we got our meals several times to check if we needed anything. Our food was awesome, very good, and really it didnt seem like a huge wait. Our one year old got her pancake pretty much as soon as we ordered it for her which was awesome for the server to put the order in and get it out to her as fast as she could. It was really loud and very crowded but other than that it was great and well definitely be back!

Said I would try the Pepper Steak and eggs again and I did. Better be hungry because you get a generous portion of sirloin steak, two eggs your way, potato casserole, two biscuits and gravy plus stewed apples. Ate it all and am a happy boy. Couldnt finish it the first time. Same server as the last time. She was wonderful. Shell get another star on her apron after tonight. (Will that make her a general? Yes in my book). Cracker Barrel is a guaranteed good food at a fair price choice for any meal.

Love the food, service is a hit or miss. Was in last week (Fathers Day), and my bacon was undercooked (you could see white residue on it still), I was nice about it, its a busy day... the server brought me back burnt BLACK bacon. Like seriously, the cook obviously is a comedian on his days off. The fact that she brought it out black like that was ridiculous. They comped it off, but what is breakfast without bacon? So, I paid for the rest of the meal, that I didnt really enjoy.

I kept hearing how great the food is from this place bit when we went thr it was not worth the money..everything was cold portions whr small...an they only refilled our coffee once...the service or lack thr of was trashy they her so incompetent...an we whr a group of 6 an got seated for only four people in a tiny spot it was most disappointing..had such high hopes.....never again..at least not at this location...waitresses are very rude an cant get order right ...

This place is beyond horrific. Food was horrible. I know this is a change restaurant but still..... manager didnt follow through. We were waiting for the second plate of pancakes because the first was under cook and the waitress decided to drop of our check before my second batch of toast was delivered. I could go on. But, I learned my lesson. Once an owner dies and corporate takes over the quality is gone!

Food was great as always, service was also great. But the reason for the 5 stars, we came at 9:00 pm on a Saturday night after a day at the beach. We had our 4 yr old grandson with us. He lost his toy airplane there. We couldnt find it anywhere! The next morning I was back home an hour and a half away. I called to see if they found it, they did! And they are mailing it it me at no charge!

Third time weve called and ordered take-out and got home and missing half our order and everything is so cold its like they had it waiting in the fridge! And then when just called to complain the managers comment was "Im sorry, we have kids working for us..." If that is your excuse, Then hire a real crew of employees instead of half-ass kids and ghetto drug addicts!

Ive been coming here for years on vacations. Servers are always aiming to please. They definitely appreciate understanding customers on busy periods that can pop up at a seconds notice. I feel food is consistent with the rest of the country. And after being there for several days they really get to recognize me and make me feel like family.

My wife and I went for breakfast and waited at our table for 15 minutes with no service. Waitresses tending nearby tables did not eve make eye contact with us. We left and had a wonderful breakfast at Craigers. We have eaten at other Cracker Barrel restaurants many times and never had a problem with service. Well never go back to this one.

It was a mistake to eat here! The food wasnt good at all, but the main reason was the service! Our server was a nightmare, waiting for drinks, food, and throwing plates down. Did not check on us to see if we needed anything or if the food was good? We wanted the check even waited for that too! Never again!

This place knows how to make this pregnant lady happy! Satisfies my cravings every time. Great food and a cute gift shop. I did however need a refill on my water and never got it because there service is sub par... But im ok with that because i dont like to be bothered while im stuffing my face (:

Actually not a huge fan of cracker barrel (just hadnt been too impressed with food). This one however may have changed my mind. Had a party of 7 and every persons food was amazing. The server was fast, extremely friendly. Highly recommend!!

What can I say? Cracker Barrel is a great place to eat if youre hungry and want some "home cooking". The portions are large and the food is good. The price isnt bad, either! Dont expect anything too fancy and you shouldnt be disappointed.

This location is my husbands and my go-to for comfort food that reminds us of home. Our entrees are always fresh and the staff is always friendly. Ask for Kathy! Genuinely kind-hearted and works so hard for those shes serving. God bless!

Good old fashion home cooked meals at an affordable price. I hate to say they are all the same but well.... they are. Occasionally Ill get a decent server but its rare. Food is always good though and that is why I keep coming back.

Met up with a close friend of mine for breakfast one morning. It was my first time ever being in a Cracker Barrel and I simply loved it. The food was OK but the service made up for where it lacked and the gift shop is adorable.

Great service. Our waitress was Amber. She was very sweet and accommodating. And the food is amazing as always.. my recommendations are the chicken and dumplings dinner and the mommas French toast platter..... so oooooo good

Food portions were very very small. My food came out ice cold. So to make me happy they comped my soda. That did not impress me at all. I am hoping this incident is just a fluke and the next time we go it will be better.
