Poor service. We arrived shortly before 8pm, they werent very busy. They asked if our party of five would mind sitting at a standard table with an extra chair pulled to the end. There were two unoccupied tables pushed together to make a larger table, one unoccupied larger round table and one larger round table with a party of four dining at it (despite numerous empty four seat tables), and yet we were told only standard table with an extra chair pulled up were available. Several items we asked for were unavailable (pot roast, etc.), the pancakes we ordered without butter on top arrived with butter, the soup was cold and the order took a very long time to arrive. When we asked about onion rings, steak and biscuits, beef stew or country ham sandwich, all items we previously enjoyed at cracker barrel, the waitress rather rudely informed us that none of those items had been available for "three years", since they revised their menu, despite being served at least some of those items at cracker barrel restaurants more recently than that (not her fault that these items arent carried, but a little politeness goes a long way). Beyond that several pieces of the flatware at our table were noticeably dirty when unwrapping them. And my drink was not refilled during our entire meal. Would not recommend.

Two stars because the bathrooms are always clean. Full disclosure Ive never eaten here, though not for lack of trying. I adopted my pup in their parking lot, and every year on my way to NC for Christmas I stop and take a picture with him to celebrate our adoptiversary. Every time I swing in to pee the bathrooms are clean, so thats nice. One time I tried to order food to go. Went up to the counter with the sign for to go food hanging above it. Two very old women just stared at me and continued their conversation behind the counter. I finally interupted and they just waved me over to the hostess stand. So I go over there, ten minutes later a waiter comes over and takes my order, she was very nice. She then says go get in the cash out line, its lone and by the time you get up to the front Ill have rung in your order. Ten minutes later Ive waited in this line and Im back at the old women. Who proceed to tell me they have no record of my order, and that I have to go to the hostess stand and do it all over. No. I wont. I left. I wasted a half an hour and I couldnt get chicken fingers and fries. I went next door to steak and shake and was on the road in a jiffy.

The food was served cold and later than others around us. Southern food homogenized from 1800 slave cooking. Went with a mixed racial couple. Staff tried to sit us in worse table seperated at the front entrance of the seating area. I did not accept the choice picked our own table. Saw 5 of the waitstaff look at us then sent a young man worked there only 4 days. While there we observed them sitting the next two sets of black guests in the same first two tables at the enterance of the dinning area. We looked up Lake City on our smart phones -it is a Haven for the good Ole cracker klu klux klan sympathetic to the Confederate losers. DUMP!

Food with fine and service was friendly. The thing that ticked me off was the elderly lady behind the register asking me if I could help her out by buying two Andes mints for $0.25. Its not like I cant afford $0.25 and I would have rather given her a dollar then to give a large corporation $0.25 for something that cost 2. Not to mention I really didnt need an Andes mint after breakfast. I gave it to her because it was impossible to say no to this nice old lady but I didnt appreciate the company putting me in that position. I ask her how it helped her she said it jeeps her manager happy

NOT LIKE ANY OTHER TIME.....................HORRIBLE .....IT WAS BAD THE WHOLE WAY AROUND THE WAIT WAS LONG AND THE FOOD WAS BROUGHT TO THE TABLE COLD ...FROM THE SIZE OF THE EGG SHELL THAT WAS IN MY WIFES EGGS WAS TO MUCH..IT WAS LIKE I WAS TALKING TO THE WALL WHEN A MANAGER CAME TO THE TABLE HE .... APPARENTLY DID NOT EVEN LISTEN TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY WHEN LATER THE SAME COMPLAINT CAME UP AT REGISTER HE SAID THAT IT WAS THE FIRST TIME HE HAD HEARD ABOUT IT,... I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE FOOD OR SERVICE THAT I GOT! NOT TO MENTION I WAS TOLD ONE PRICE AND THEN TOLD ANOTHER .

Service was great, but needs a cook. First I had to ask for a replacement baked sweet potato which was excellent,1st one was hard as a rock and cold. There was plenty of chicken but the few dumplings were all in one ball and not cooked. The coleslaw was a dish of shredded cabbage with no dressing at all. The hashbrown casserole was just baked hashbrowns, no cream sauce. The turnips looked good but tasted like they where cooked in dirty dish water, hard to get that taste out of my mouth. Very disappointed due to Cracker Barrel being one of my favorite places to eat.

This establishment deserves a 0, but Ill give them a 1 since I cant do that. We will NOT be back for how we were treated. The food was so horrible and we didnt eat anything except my hash browns and eggs. So we got a manager and was willing to pay for what we ate and also our drinks. But when we got our fixed check, my meal was still on there. Why am I going to pay for something I didnt eat? At that point I was aggravated and our waitress was avoiding us until we left. Just rude service and nasty nasty food. Go to the IHOP in front of it. Cheaper and awesome everything.

While on the way from Florida to Georgia we asked for a togo for three buttermilk pancakes at 7:12 am, its 7:50 am now still no sign of the order and the man (Gary) who took the order could not understand the name even after spelling it out to him. Its a shame in this day and age they still keep people who do not know what good customer service is. (Update) At 7:55 am we got the pancakes and there was dirt on one of them. Thank goodness my son noticed it and we then threw it all away. This is the worst Cracker Barrel location where customer service is concerned.

I rate this a 1 star. My family ate here, had a wonderful dinner, enjoyed excellent service from our waitress. So why the 1? When I cashed out, I specifically told the cashier that I personally paid our waitress her gratuity. Yet, my card was charged a 20 % gratuity on top of our normal meal charge. I am traveling so I am unable to dispute this in person. So frustrating!! Update. My faith in humanity or the process is restored! The disputed charge was removed and Im sitting here very happy and satisfied. Thank you Cracker Barrel :-)

6 people and 1 baby. They had to split the check because it was too many people. Half the table got food in about 20 mins. Second half it took an additional 15 minutes. Talked to manager. He told us he worked at Red Lobster and things were different, then told us he was just learning because he left Olive Garden. Food was average for a Cracker Barrell. I dont recommend coming to this location. Manager did nothing to make the mistakes right even when being asked.
