Drag Slay

The service was horrible; we ordered our drinks and only half of them arrived and the rest were forgotten until we had to remind the waitress that we didnt get them. When our food arrived, 6 of the 8 people got it at the same time, and the other 2 peoples food was completely forgotten / not being made so we had to wait an excessive time for their food to come. The food overall was not very good. The sampler plate had a disappointing amount of food compared to the pictures, and one of the two people that got the platter did not get their biscuits and gravy. My ham was mainly fat / bone and was not appetising at all. The rest of the food was sub par at best. Overall a horrible experience. For such a large and thriving company, I was very disappointed by everything.

I had the ribeye steak and it was excellent. Very tender with good flavor. The salad was very good. The baked potato was huge. And as always, the biscuits and blackberry jelly were great. On the negative side, the seating was very crowded. There was literally no more than 3 feet between my plate and the plate at the neighboring table. We were at a corner table and the traffic was constant, and right up against our very small table. The baked potato was OK, but had been reheated and had that dark color and not so fresh taste. The service was good, and the overall experience was very good. The steak and biscuits more than made up for the little imperfections.

we sat down and ordered our food everything was going well.The service was great untill our Biscuit and corn bread arrived.I go to grab the cornbread and all of a sudden somthing fell out of the cornbread.it was a plastic lid off of somthing im not sure whatit was from, but that really drew the line. So we told our server and she acted like it wasnt a big deal untill we adressed it to the Manager.. He also did not care about the issue.He never offerd us a free meal or coupon or nothing. so we just paid the bill and left.That was the second time i had a bad excpieriance with cracker Barrel.i dont think i will ever give them my buisness again.

We come to Cracker Barrel because we know the menu and we know what to expect. It is a safe place to eat. This store, unlike the hundreds we have visited, was off. The menu was the same, the hospitality is what weve come to expect, but it is as if the food came from different distributors or the store is working on their own version of the recipes. The food is bland. We had five different meals and everyone said the same thing. Skip this store and hit the next CB down the road.

Epic Fail. I called ahead for Cracker Barrel to Go because I was going to Lunch. They told me 10 minutes. I went to another store to pickup somethings, took 15 minutes. The restaurant park lot was not full. Went inside cracker Barrel and it took me another 20 minutes to get my food. The cashier had to call back 2 times for my order. I only order green beans, corn, mash potatoes and pinto bean. This event made me 30 minutes late back to work. Very disappointed:(

Went with my mother and daughter. We were seated quickly enough, but it all went downhill from there. It was like they stuck us at a table and then ignored us. We were sitting there for about 20 minutes and no server ever came to our table - we werent offered drinks or anything. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I would NEVER go there again.

Ordered breakfast tonight. The breakfast meats and hashbrown casserole were covered in burnt flavored grease. The saving graces were the eggs, grits (which werent too watery for a change) and the fresh from the oven biscuits. Really, just the biscuits. Next time I have a late evening breakfast craving, Ill go to Waffle House.

I mean, its cracker barrel, its good! OK? Im not a big fan of their pancakes, so I usually get the sunrise sampler, which is great, it comes with a beautiful blueberry muffin, eggs, bacon, toast, and a great yogurt parfait, with fresh blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, and granola, I love this.

These is the first time I have been there and the food was delicious. My waiter Ms. Patterson was excellent, she made sure we were ok and she asked us how we enjoyed the food and she offered us to come again. I would highly recommend Cracker Barrel to all of my family and friends.

Take out order was partially correct. Ordered chicken and dumplings with three vegetables and cornbread. What I got was dried out chicken and dumplings with two vegetables and biscuits. Was charged for the three vegetable meal. Is it difficult to double check orders? Disappointed.

We were sat quickly but it took almost 10 minutes before anyone came over to us. The food took another 25 minutes to show up. The servers offered no apologies and honestly werent very friendly at all. The food was sub-part after all the wait. Will not be coming back here again.

Plate presentation is not great. The food is mostly good though. The service is good, just seems management can stress them out a bit when the main concern was to make the customer happy. My server was great, cant remember her name except a long "A" name.

We have been to two of them "we say it is home soul food" wish they would come to Calif. we have to travel all the way to Arizona to eat at one. We have had great service good food and love the little store in the back. Satisfied in Calif.

The food was good but our service was the worst ever. Melanie, that works at Anderson Cracker Barrel has the most horrible personality. She was incredibly rude and bitchy! Wont be going back, good service is worth more than good food :(

Shawn and Nick were our servers for a table of 20+ and service was excellent. They did a great job accommodating us and keeping drinks filled, plus all of our food came as ordered with no complaints. Would definitely recommend and return.

Love the food BUT the service I received from Jean was phenomenal. She made the special effort to get me an extra biscuit just to try the difference between the applebutters. I will return just to mingle with her. THANK YOU JEAN!!!!

Food was good as usual, BUT once a large group showed up we lost our waitress. Another waiter brought our bill over to us. Was not very happy, if I had known there was a large group coming in I would have gone someplace else.

Pleasant place to eat. Service is fast friendly and accurate. Food smells loos and taste great. It really does have that old country feel. I do wish they would light the lanterns at night more often diminishes the effect .

This restaurant had friendly staff, but the breakfast was a bit on the greasy side. We travel back home several times a year and this particular one we will take a pass on in the future. The wait staff were very friendly.

Worst Cracker Barrel experience of my life! Sprte tasted like it had been poured thru a dirty gym sock!! Smallest portions Ive ever seen. Poorly trained staff. Check and dessert arrived while I was still eating dinner.
