Steve Kaplan really knows his ergonomics. He walked me through every step of the process in selecting and adjusting my work chair. He also was happy to give a lot of suggestions for dealing with things I couldnt change (i.e., my desk). Ive had my new chair now for over a week and it is so much more comfortable than the office superstore version I had before. Steve took the time to explain aspects of good posture and how various adjustments of the chair could be used to achieve it.
