Friendly and helpful staff. But honestly in my opinion, the purpose of the bookstore is suppose to help you save as much money as you can for the textbooks that you need for the class. They may have some decent rental prices but I wouldnt recommend buying books there. Not spend hundreds of dollars just because they say its required when you look online through their website especially in new condition. We are already spending a lot of money on tuition (especially those who dont have much or any financial aid) and on top of that other expenses out of school. Why rip us off when a lot of us are on budget and need to save as much as possible? I dont have that kind of money to throw around and waste. Barely give you anything for book buyback either for most books. Dont let them rip you off.

Do not rent books from here! Amazon has a much better system, better prices and a longer due back time frame. They give you many warnings before any charges will be made because sometimes things happen. This location has poor customer service and Lisa R. is unprofessional and talkes over you on the phone. Will never use bookstore again! They ripoff students!

Youd think when about to drop hundreds of dollars the customer service would be better or even a little less rude. Very frustrating especially as a returning student to be treated so degrading or with unnecessary attitude. I highly recommend talking to someone other than the elderly woman who "helps" find your books/access codes at Levine.

Its a typical college book store. They have a lot of over priced stuff that you can just get at target for much cheaper. But it does make it easy to find the books required for your classes. And the staff there is quite educated on the curriculum required for the classes.

They never answer the phone I hate to drive all the way there just to find out that their system is down and they can not buy my book back, unfortunately I need to sell my book so I can afford my new books. ugh just answer the phone already #BrokeCollegeStudent

If they answered the phone itd be nothing short of a miracle. They charged my card when I had not been in the book store for over 3 months and Im going to have to drive to campus to dispute the charge. The lack of professionalism is dumbfounding.

No one never answers the phone, prices are crazy high, even on rentals, and buy back is a straight rip off. I was offered $16 dollars for a book I paid $100 for. Extortion is the word that comes to mind when I think of the CPCC bookstore.

So overpriced! Textbook brokers is right down the street - they have all the same books for significantly cheaper and accept financial aid! Save your money and shop there instead
