On my birthday I went out for lunch and on way back I notice this beautiful bouquet of flowers and I said in my mind I wish those were for me... Then I looked up at the man holding the bouquet and realized I know him and smiled those are for me. It was gorgeous, you were speechless, could not stop admiring the arrangement, fresh fresh flowers, neatly packaged and I was the envy of every woman back at my office. They were thinking what I was thinking I wish it was for me, they were ouing and awing and telling me to leave it let it stay at work OH NOO! I took it home. I recently had my third baby and received flowers no one but God told them this the color of the flowers was my birth month, I was so delighted.... to me I got a kiss from God... just brightens your day, your mood and makes you smile when you enter the room or walk by...having them to look at at the end of the day after taking care of 3 kids under four, very refreshing and relaxing and I do not use the plant food that I receive or add any more water and the flowers last a long long time even my daughter noticed and she is only 3. My hubby sure knows where to order great flowers... thank you honey and FLY ME TO THE MOON keep up the excellent work U R D best!!!!!! Melissa W

Glowing on the exterior to the shop is a neon sign reading "A Unique Florist" and that is exactly what they deliver. The Jazz music spilling out onto the streets from within is quite aluring and when you enter it is more than your ears that are pleasantly surprised as your eyes get a treat of classic pictures, models, lights and of course wonderful flowers. Fly Me to the Moon is obviously run by people who understand class and style, yet they dont charge you an arm and a leg for it. While the experience is lofty the prices are very much down to earth. I have had funeral arrangements from Fly Me to the Moon as well as a host of other occassions celebrated through them from Valentines Day to just-thinking-of-you-Days for my wife and they handled every event with care and consideration. This is a place you want to visit even if its just to drop in and take a peek at this best kept secret in Yonkers.

Walking into Fly Me To The Moon is like walking into a time and place that exist only in ones mind about having a cozy little safe haven where everybody knows your name and there just so happens to be the perfect flower arrangement for any occasion. Going on a date? Fly Me To the Moon. Gething Married? Fly Me To The Moon. Loved one pass away? Fly Me To The Moon. As youre waiting for this perfect arrangement to come out of where ever secret storehouse of Arrangements come from, tap your feet to some jazzy tunes as you have a great conversation with some of the friendliest people on earth and walk out feeling like a prince (or princess). Great flowers, great arrangements, great atmosphere, great feeling all for what you could be paying much more for if you were even able to find an equal product and experience! Two thumbs up. If I had two more hands, Id give me 4 thumbs up!

Fly Me to the Moon was the florist I used for my wedding and they did a SPECTACULAR job! I had very specific requests in terms of colors, and the tone I wanted to set, but didnt know anything about flowers so the florist sheduled time with me to understand what I liked and didnt like. They were completely professional and accommodating from start to finish, even when I called the night before the wedding to ask for fresh rose petals to line my bridal runner! When I walked down the aisle on my wedding day, I was almost moved to tears to see that they captured everything I had imagined and made it a reality. And the centerpieces that they created were just stunning!! I couldnt have been happier, they truly created a fairy tale wedding for me.

I was on a tight budget. My parents 50th Wedding Anniversary was three weeks away and all I could think of was, How can I pull this off, I needed 12 beautiful centerpieces for 12 tables. Fly Me To the Moon put glamour and love into each piece. Hints of creme and white on each white rose on a bed of choice greenery was so elegant inside the pewter and glass short vases. My parents centerpiece lasted them about four week after the event with a little water and care. It was absolutely beautiful and all of my relatives "fought" to take a centerpiece home. My husband and I just celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary. My bouquet was by Fly Me To the Moon. When I described my want for a rustic, yet modern piece (succulents, grays, oranges, and whites), Mimi was enthusiastic about my ideas, and ran with it! The shop itself was intimate, fragrant, and charming. I loved that I could customize my bouquet without being price gouged. Mimi and her staff were professional, friendly, and warm! Up until the wedding day, I debated whether or not Id do a bouquet toss. However, once this baby was delivered, I decided it was too gorgeous to throw! I have been going to Mimi at Fly Me to the Moon since my wedding at which time she did a beautiful job. I couldnt have been happier. Recently I went to have a centerpeice made for a surprise birthday party at a wedding venue, and she made the most beautiful arrangement, as perfect as I was hoping for! The reason Mimi will always be my florist is because she takes the time to sit with you, hear what you want, make recommendations, work with in your budget and I never need to worry that what I order wont be exactly what I hope for. I highly recommend Fly Me to the Moon. Its a cute little shop, so going in in person is also a fun experience!
