Revision to my earlier experience with Bike-lane; Bike-lane called and asked for me to return with bike to look into all matters defined below; To my surprise, I was greeted and welcomed to make sure bike chain link, stripped cabling, shifter alignment were all taken care of. I arrived at the shop met with the owner, who personally took care of and addressed all issues. Bent chain link was repaired as requested, and advised to return for a minor adjustment if needed. Edwin who owns and operates Bike-lane also addressed other matters and showed me how I can make minor adjustments to de-railer if I am out riding and I have any issues. To sum up a rotten tomato experience turned to a healthy Apple - I will definitely recommend Bike-lane to all my riding friends; their due diligence and prompt response to what some may call, as I did "a bad experience;"I would now consider positive "A plus" experience. The below was written approx 30 minutes ago: Left bike with bent chain link. Broken shifter and re-bolted poorly. Told them bike needed simple de-railer adjustment - adjusted de-railer, stripped my break line and didnt fix and stripped de-railer cables. I wouldve recommended to many; however due to inability to take care of a simple issue and returned a bike which is unsafe to use; I had to spend 3 hours of my own time to fix my chain link and adjust my shifter. I will have to pay another bike shop to fix the damage done. Not worth the so called fair price; if service tendered is of poor or inadequate quality. Whats a fair price of fair price means more damage than what you went in for in the first place. I will be addressing this further and tender a longer reviewed after Ive had my bike fixed from a professionally capable bike shop; as that will entail what is functional and what is not. I will have to replace my chain since I was only able to fix it so it doesnt get stuck between shifts. Two stars for Shiftiness; as they tried to pawn bike off and attempted a poor fox tactic and refunded partial for repairs poorly done. And damage far greater than that what was in need of service. A 5 Star experience in the end. Thank you.

Im writing seriously to buy bike box. Just telling you guys, in conclusion, 50+tax dollors for the 1 bike box. Not including break bike down and packing service. But, about 1mile away from here to East, There is another bike shop called by A.D~ before Jamaica Station. Just 10 dollors with No tax and Not including break down service also. When I visit this bike shop and ask them to buy bike box, A man who is black guy said "One minute please" and go into the room and look like a negotiation with his boss. And just Said like above. 1 bike box for 50+Tax ?? Does this shop absolutely CRAZY?? Actually I already had a big deal with another bike shop. They promised me to give me a box and take me to the JFK Airport by drive for 35 Dollors. I was wondering and stop by if do they give me more valuable deal or not. If you guys need a bike box for the bike trip using Airport, You never be a their customer. So rude and No apparent standard for price ever.

My experience at bike lane was the best. The personnel staff were very professional and helpful. My overall customer experience was fulfill to the best in nature. The craftsmanship of producing wonderful work was totally outstanding. The staff are very friendly and outgoing to listen to the needs of problems that a customer can face. I do recommend this place for the best in service and profound , genuine work of art. When it comes out dating and building a new bicycle these are the people who are the best in queens. Big respect to the owner and the guys who produce good quality work. I want to say thank you for your wonderful services and you guys are the best

After discovering BikeLane a couple of years ago at their previous Brooklyn location, they have become family. Great vibe, great service and all around GREAT SHOP. Ive met lots of employees at the shop and there has been nothing but love and humbleness. Ed is someone who you can always rely on when it comes to all your bike needs. I recently met Mr. Kay which is an excellent type of individual to have at a shop. Attentive to customer needs and he knows his stuff. I can go on and on about this shop but you have to go there to live for yourself. Keep up the GREAT job that your doing...

This store is so nice and well organized. Nice selection of bikes. They have their high end stuff and their not so expensive stuff too! Definitely lots of options. I bought my bike from here and have never gone anywhere else for services! Tons of accessories to choose from and you could even order what ever you need if they dont have it. Which saves me shipping. Their flat prices are so nice compare to the city and other bike shops. The staff is super friendly and knowledgable.

The vibe of this bike shop is amazing. The workers know what theyre doing and theyll never do you wrong. They are easy to talk to and are nice people in general. This bike store also has a wide range of bikes, equipment for bikes, and they are masters when it comes to reparing. Been going here for a few months, very pleased with the staff and with there knowledge of the bikes. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to get there bike fixed, looking to purchase a bike, or anything that has to deal with bicycle questions. I feel they are fair price as well. These guys know their stuff. I took my new bike I had just built for an inspection right before they were about to close and Edwin took the time to help me, inspect my bike and made sure I left happy that day. Very friendly atmosphere and personal assistance. Rob even offered me ice cream. Great people.

Real stand up guys at the bike shop bought a inner tube had a small hole bought it back they exchanged and installed it to make everything was good to go before leaving. Highly recommend!!!
