Fantastic. My husband always destroys bicycles and needed something really sturdy. The owner was really amazing and he was so patient, even though our kids kept interrupting to ask questions (they were being extra energetic that day), but he just smiled. My husband got the best bike ever and loves it so much hes been riding a lot the past couple years hes had it. Later bought myself a gorgeous beach cruiser with such a comfy seat. Were looking forward to getting our oldest her first "grown up" bicycle from this place. Worth the extra cost. They do tune-ups, repairs, everything and they do it fast and explain what theyre doing and why. This place is fantastic, trustworthy and did I mention fantastic? I love seeing local businesses like this. It beats a big box store for bikes any day of the year!!

We were 55 miles into a 160 mile ride down to Wildwood when my friend broke a spoke near the shop. This spoke is not a typical stock item. The wheel would be too compromised to go without the spoke so the owner let him borrow a wheel so we could finish the ride. He spent a lot of time making the 10 speed wheel work with my friends 11 speed drivetrain and really saved the day! This is an awesome shop and I highly recommend it. Customer service means so much when it comes to bikes.

They fixed my bike quick and at a good price. I bought a bike at a chain store just to ride around the neighborhood and in six months the ball bearings went, you get what you pay for. The staff was helpful and had me up and riding in two days. My next bike will be from Ken and Bicycles Unlimited. Thank you
