This is a good bike shop. They are experienced and very helpful. They came up with an innovative solution to a weird problem I was having with my road bike. And, they fixed it while I waited. This was valuable to me as I am not from the area and really didnt want to leave my bike there. They also fixed two or three other little problems I was having with the bike while it was in the stand. Nice folks. While I waited several other customers came in with kids bikes and jogging strollers having mechanical issues. Nobody had to stand around waiting for attention or was made to feel like their rusty little kids bike wasnt important. But, they are also a trustworthy pro shop for real cyclists.

Home to several of the best bicycle mechanics I have ever encountered. Seriously, I never knew that my bike could shift or brake so well. I am consistently impressed by their meticulousness and knowledge. They also host excellent group rides on wednesday,(Road A and B rides) and saturday (road), as well as an unofficial, local ride from the shop on friday(mtb) . Routes are always varied and truly showcase the awesome riding in the region. I have had extensive experience with a number of bike shops over the years--several that sponsored my collegiate and/or local bicycle teams--but Bicycle Depot is easily the best--the service and staff are unparalleled.

went to them for a few repairs and a new wheel. the repairs took much longer than any other bike shop Ive encountered (3 days), were more expensive than any other bike shop I encountered, and when I got my bike back they hadnt performed typical fix ups any good mechanic could take care of in a couple of minutes. when we pointed out the things still wrong with the bike they became very defensive. I would not recommend this as a place to get your bike repairs done.

I bought a tire for my track stand bike from The Bike Depot. It runs super quiet and its great not to have all that noise while I ride inside. Bike Depot is well placed next to the rail trail and are quick with a repair with reasonable prices.

Its simple.....I live in Pleasant Valley which is about 45 minutes away from this bike shop. There are 3 shops that are closer. They are all awful. When I need ANYTHING for my bike, I bring it here. I will never go anywhere else.

Favorite bike mechanic here is Dallas. Definitely knows his stuff. My son Clover likes to come in the shop and watch him work on his bike a lot. Definitely a great bike shop with good prices. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I am familiar with all the local bike shops, and this is the best. Mike, Jeff, Abe...all the guys there are competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The shop is small but well stocked, and prices are reasonable.
