Went in to purchase an e-bike ($3,000) they sold as a vendor of Raleigh USA. After making a deposit for the full amount for the 2016 model, I was delivered the 2014/15 model (very different bike). Rob first claimed I was confused, then implied Raleigh USA messed up the order. After trying to stick me with the bike for over an hour, I was reluctantly given a refund and told they wouldnt be comfortable doing business with me in the future. Do your homework before shopping here.

Great bike store. Good selection of family bikes, children bikes, cruisers and some nice Raleigh road bikes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A place on site to try out the bikes. Good selection of accessories. Will not pressure you. Does get quite busy on weekends but usually staffed well. Had my road bike tuned up there and they did a very good job. Highly recommend.

I had a 30 yr old great Cannondale with a missing axle (kids were playing "take it apart and lose it"). Shrewsbury Bicycle shop guy spent about 5 minutes of his time rummaging around through his inventory and actually found a replacement - I could not find it anywhere else. - Happy Customer

Lots of inventory and bicycle accessories for sale but little knowledge about the local bicycle community such as clubs, events, etc. Did not get the impression that this shop focused on much community involvement.
