The first time there went smooth. Everything was going well with reasonable charge. But, I got tire exploded 5 miles after it was just fixed and had to walk the bike miles back. I swear I just heard a bong!! and walked around 2 miles back to the shop (Thanks god it is not far that time). The owner insisted that it exploded because I rode on the flat tire. He said he can tell it with his years of experience which I totally respect. But, it is not true. He finally succeeded in charging me another $19 to replace the tire on my fault. I gave 2 stars with my appreciation for his service, but not at all in the fair way.

After taking my old bike to a shop not far away in NJ and being told itd be 500 to fix it, Rob was able to get me back on the road for less than half of that price. I was able to ride for a couple more years with that bike without issue! Awesome service and he seems like a nice guy, have been glad to give him my business ever since.

Excellent service on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. We had a tire blowout emergency and Rob and his team got our bikes fixed quickly for a fair price. They have a nice array of bikes for sale here too!
