We went in with our 3 and 6 yr old kids, to look for bikes for ourselves and them. The kids were sitting on the floor playing as we were talking to the employee (who was very nice and helpful) and the owner came over and said "can you take them out to the car, theyre in the way! Even the employee helping us was embarrassed! Needless to say after exchanging some words we left and wont be buying anything from there. Rude and inconsiderate, why are you selling kids bikes if kids are not welcome!!

Very good customer service. We order two mid price range bikes made by a manufacturer that is not usually discounted . Barry honored his fourth of July discount and took $40 off each bike. He ordered them in on a Saturday and said thy should be ready that Thursday . Thursday I received a call that they were ready. Saturday when we picked them up Barry discounted a few accessories , installed them with no labor charge , checked out and adjusted the bikes for us . An excellent experience

walked in and the older gentleman helped us with my sons bike chain that was stuck. as soon as he found out i purchased the bike in walmart he made us feel embarassed and ashamed. i cant afford $500 bike fir my kid but he asked for $110 to adjust it and change the break pads. i walked out so upset and so humiliated. he had no manners and no sympathy fir families who cant afford the best all the time. never going to this place again.

The customer service was outstanding! Needed a bike rack for the CRV, a rare item, and they assisted not only in finding one that would fit, but also put it on the car to be certain that it would work! Showed me how to put it on and even offered to do it again for me prior to the vacation. High kudos to Kenny, Barry & Joy! Thank you, thank you! (ps- went to Campmor first- nobody offered any assistance at all!!)

If I had a flat tire outside The Bicycle II shop, I would push my bike elsewhere to purchase a tube. The owner of this place is type of person to un-fare anyone he can. He once charged someone $15 to tighten a headset, which took less then 60 seconds. Campmor is just up the road and a much better choice. John @ Cosmic Wheel or Albert @ Westwood Cycle are great people and provide outstanding service.

Always bring your bike to Bicycle II for any servicing needs. There bike Tech "Phillipe" is fantastic. He is informative, helpful, friendly, and always fixes and maintains any bike to perfection. I have been a reoccurring customer for over 2 years for bike repairs and servicing and he is hands down the best.

I have purchased 2 Jamis bikes from here over the past few months. I love these bikes. I found customer service here very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Their prices are reasonable, they go out of their way to make you comfortable and happy with your purchase. I highly recommend The Bicycle II!

Unfriendly customer service. Not helpful. Took my bike in and got conflicting storys on what was wrong with it. I was told after I agreed to pay for it that it couldnt be fixed and was dangerous to ride when I have been riding it for two years with this minor problem.

Im 100% behind the customer focused guys at Bicycle II in Paramus. Id been to the shop in Hobokens North End and the road bike shop by the GWB...none of them wanted to actually work on a bike...just wanted to sell new ones. These guys fixed it for a fair price.
