First of all the store is kept so neat its not too crowded in so you can feel comfortable shopping. The staff is incredible Sam first offered help and I was looking for a particular shoe that I passed up on my last visit. She looked around with me and then let me know that Ashley the manager was great at knowing the inventory. Sure enough without barely any information from me because I couldnt really find the right words, she took the initiative to go on line find the shoe, offer to order it and to have it shipped to my house. Then the nice young lady at the register completed the order quickly!! I do not like shopping but this was a great experience and I am going to get the shoes I want !!

This place definitely has the worst selection of any DSW Ive ever been to. Sometimes there are good finds but its a rarity in comparison to other locations.
