Place is disorganized !? Lady pressured us to order kicks on line thru store. Sneakers were not available then they cancelled order didnt tell me anything !? Then couldnt refund card we used now we waiting on a refund check !? Dont think there customer service any good tried to make me feel like they understand but the made it sure it was kinda too bad !? Wont order again from a store or online again !?

Walked in to exhange a pair of shoes I received as a gift for the right size and the employee said she couldnt return the shoes, but I was never asking to return them. Called her manager over just so she could tell me the same thing. I guess they like wasting others times just as much as they like wasting their own.
