No problem with instore purchases, but trying to contact customer service when you shop online is a nightmare. At least a 30 minute wait (no matter when I call) and live chat is never available. Focus on customer service no longer exists.

Love the large open space of this store & the huge inventory of the latest in shoe fashion. They also have a big selection of shoes on clearance that are great bargains and in various sizes that include womens size 10 and a few size 11.

Large selection and variety of shoes. Check out the sale section. They have pretty good deals. Getting out of the building by car can be tricky because of the traffic patterns.
