My boyfriend and I used to go to the Holbrook location, but had an awful experience there. The ladies working there knew nothing about the boots and rushed us because they all wanted to go smoke cigarettes. So we decided to make the trip to the Huntington location for better luck. One of the employees, Matt helped my boyfriend immediately and was extremely knowledgeable about all the red wing boots. He was incredibly pleasant and we enjoyed the experience. He even recommended bringing back the old boots and gave my boyfriend options to continually use those as well. We were so happy with the customer service we bought a new pair of boots and brought back the old ones to get re-soled and cleaned up. The outcome was amazing!! We will now only go to this location because of Matts awesome customer service.

Ron and his staff take pride in their products and service...and it shows. The shoes he recommended for me made my feet sing (#6647) Im on my feet running around the City all day and these are great. Also picked up slippers for my wife (which my daughter promptly stole) and I had to go back and buy another pair! Great family-owned local shop - totally excellent experience. Red Wings are not cheap shoes - in cost or craftsmanship. Theyre an investment for your feet - which in my opinion is completely worth it. It costs nothing to check them out, and youll walk out of there feeling like youre Rons neighbor!

Owner was really receptive to my questions and assisted me with my shoe fitting. He used some next level technology to figure out my exact shoe size and any trouble spots in my walking. I will most likely return to purchase a pair of chukkas and a leather belt. Service here is superb!
