It is a much better store than they had previously in Centereach but after just spending 9:30 to 10:10 PM on a check out line I have little good to say.They had only two registers open and the slothfulness of the checkout was tedious. Interestingly, their next door competitor Marshalls had at least six registers open and checkout was a breeze. Why keep the store open for extended holiday hours if you cant staff it(their words not mine). I also wonder why some of the management types floating around with their headsets on couldnt have jumped behind a register to help out? Stay away at holiday time at Burlington Stony Brook; or at least call ahead and find out how many cashiers they have working.

Went there last night, waited online for over an hour there was so many employess in there and only 2 on register we all see the manager just standing around playing with hangers finally someone behind me said something to her and I have never seen a manager treat a customer the way she did, she was so nasty to her! I guess the managers get paid to stand around and do nothing. Ugh lazy and rude!

Staff was very rude when I was trying to return a pair of pants, they kept telling me I washed the pants when the tags were still on the pants, Eileen was Sales associate that was acting very rude and accusing me of this, they wouldnt return my pants

Poor selection of coats for a company named coat factory. Long lines and wait time to check out. I will however say that the cashier was friendly and helpful.

Good collection, bigger place, cheaper price point. If you did not find anything that you were looking at Homegoods, try this store.

This place has variety of products for everyone needs. The prices are reasonable and you can find good gifts for any occasions.
