We have been calling the BRUs in CT for about 6 weeks now trying to purchase the rest of our nursery furniture, knowing that once you order it, it still takes 2 - 4 weeks to come in. Every time we go, we are told a different story about when the dressers will be in stock - and each time the date is pushed back more and more. The twins will be here in May and wed really like to finish their furniture - thankfully we ordered cribs three months ago!! Never a straight answer out of them - were thinking of going to a different furniture place altogether and just get dressers that match the wood - weve found them and theyre almost an exact match. Weve also had other things we wanted to get there and guess what - out of stock!!!!! I will NEVER register at BRU again - nothing has gone smoothly.

Went in looking for a bassinet for a babyshower. Told the cashier specifically I couldnt order anything online as I neeeded it in a hurry. When we waited for the item to be brought up front we were notified the item was not in the store. This was close to 10 pm so we had no where to go. Was about to walk out of the store upset when a girl Crystal who I think is the manager came after us and said she found 2 other bassinets different than what we were looking for but pink! Which is what I mentioned we wanted. We got it at a discount and left pretty happy. Will definetly go back she was great

Babies "R" Us is the go to baby store apparently. A giant Wearhouse of baby supplies, from baby monitors, to gates, strollers, clothes, toys, blankets, diapers, and furniture like bassinets and rocking chairs, Babies"R" Us is your all-in-one tiny human accessory provider. Tip for tagalongs: go to the furniture section and take a seat on one of the plush rocking chairs. Youll wait in style as your shopping partner runs around and picks up baby related items while simultaneously holding an in-store "home base" for drop off. Dont forget to check for online coupons, and save a decent amount!

Great service! We had issues with a furniture item that we ordered from here (completely the fault of the manufacturer, not Babies R Us). The management staff at this store was exceedingly accomodating and helpful in getting our problem straightened out. They were as disgusted with the manufacturer as we were, and went above and beyond to make sure that we ended up happy. Were very pleased with the customer service there and will shop there again.

Attempted to call multiple times to check and see if they had an item in stock (because we bought it supposedly new from the North Haven location but it had all the wrong pieces in it). However was put on hold when called and they never returned to phone. Attempted to call 3 more times and phone was simply never picked up

The employees were nice i waa just upset that they ran out of seventh generation wipes the first day they went on sale. You would think they would have ordered more since they decided to put them on sale. There baby items are so much more compared to target and walmart.

Pretty good store. During the middle of the day there seems go be a lack of staff. It took 15 minutes to buy a gift card...on a Wednesday...at noon. Store is clean and well organized.
