Bought furniture from this location. The first armoire was suppose to be delivered before the baby. We got it 3 weeks later and had to pick it up ourselves because their delivery service was so unreliable. The armoire was shattered on the bottom. The replacement armoire had a screw going through the front of the drawer to keep it shut during delivery, The third armoire was delivered an hour after the four hour delivery window, in good condition but the delivery men walked through mud and stained my carpets, slammed the piece into my walls chipping them, and were so sweaty and dirty that when they brushed themselves against my walls dirt and grime covered my walls. Now I have to pay for repairs and painting of my walls and for carpet cleaning. Babies R Us is accepting no responsibility for the delivery company that they make their customers use, not to mention that they wasted 3 days that I will never get back. I am now a customer of Buy Buy Baby and Target.

As a Brand new mommy I had a terrifying experience with a baby trend stroller allllll I will say is the exchange was so fast and easy with an amazing team of associates everything was fixed and my baby left in a brand new Car Seat and way more efficient safe travel system with a different brand. Thank you Nick and team for being so helpful and understanding. #1 in customer service so appreciated.

Love this location everyone there is so helpful and nice. Great customer service. Topher is the nest in baby gear and lori is the best in the registry department. idalia and kylee helped me with the easy return process. i tried the lake grove location and they dont have any customer service at all. They were all rude

Id give them no stars if I could. Horrible employees, management is a joke. Ive always had a bad experience at this store. Take the drive and go to the Lake Grove location. Much better location.

Lots of options. They play some games with the prices and coupons. We had a 10% off for a registry completion, but it could not be combined with the sale prices.

Rose was extremely friendly and helpful with newborn items. Some items are difficult to find. Registry lookup was an exercise in incompetence.
