Pathetic. Not the friendly place where you take your kids to buy them things, the staff are rude when we ask them questions. When you order products online it takes for ever to receive the email of order being ready. You have to track the product yourself on the account that you create wjen buying a new product for the first time. I picked up even before receiving the order ready for pickup email. None are found to help when needed, but many are just standing around and chit chatting as a group. When asked to help try out a product the lady that came to help just told us that they used to be connected to the electricity but she cant find it now so she cant help and instantly walked away leaving us to wonder how those products work, she didnt even spend 30 seconds with us.

its so sad because the store appears well organized but the service is TERRIBLE! my husband and I were asking an associate to show us how to fold a stroller and the kid barely acknowledges us, and when we finally do get him to give us a half-assed answer he pulls out his cell phone and starts texting right in front of our eyes! and there always appears to be lines at this store, versus Buy Buy Baby where there are a few cashiers and they seem to move more efficiently. I sort of compare this to the walmarts of baby stores...you get no service but maybe for your troubles youll save a buck or two.

Manager at this store is super reasonable, especially with trade ins. During trade in special in September we got a new stroller using store coupon at another location because he was out of the stroller we wanted. Usually you have to use the coupon in the same store on the same day, but this manager allowed an acception. Today the same manager gave us a high chair whos brand name was not included in the trade in special but he allowed the discount. Once again totally satisfied with our purchase from this store and the customer service!!!

Came in today to buy a nosefrida for my son. Couldnt find the saline solution to go with it. When I get to the register I asked if they carried it. Well the cashier didnt know and went to ask a young woman in guest services who looked at me ... pointed to where it was and said it should be over there. Thanks for walking me over and showing me where it was. Your customer service skills are horrible. Then I go back to the register after leaving some things to find it myself ... and I had to wait on line again. Never again

I had ordered furniture online for pickup and was given a 1 week to 10 day estimate. Apparently it is their policy for you to call them to find out if your order is available for pickup. I had called on the 10th day to find out that they had gotten it 5 days earlier. Weird that they dont call you, but I was able to pick it up quickly and without issues. They helped me load it in the car as well.

The people working there are nice and surprisingly helpful when they are available for questions. The store seems understaffed as there are always long lines at the register and the registry areas. Not having enough people on the floor causes confusion, especially when you have new parents trusting you for help.

Good selection of baby items and great alternative to rivals like Buy Buy Baby...the only negative is the terrible customer service. Nobody seems to care and they wander around the store like robots. The lines can be 15 people deep and they barely open more than 1 register.

Do not order online. The guest return is the same line for online pickup. This is the first location to make an online transaction slower then walking in and purchasing. Trust me i am 100% sure because I asked 2 associates before getting in a 12 people queue. 6/18/16.

I go here whenever I need to get baby stuff for friends kids. This is a huge store with a lot of products and some incredible offers as well. I think its a great spot for anything baby and toddler. They have pretty much everything you need from furniture to clothing.

HORRIBLE. The staff didnt help at all. There was one nice woman who helped. Checking out was horrible and extremely long. And the playmat we got was broken. Snapped in half when we got it.
