terrible...I purchased a defective Baby Jogger stroller from Danbury because Milford didnt have it. I then went to Milford after calling and speaking with the Manager Cherry who said I could exchange/return it there...Danielle the store manager claimed the info for the stroller couldnt be found even though I used a Babies R Us credit card...I then called the store today and spoke with a manager Ann who said I should go to Danbury because I purchased it there...she tried to dissuade me from returning to their store (probably because they get the hit on the return) even though I called the credit card company and got all the information needed to exchange/return in store....Babies R Us is extremely high priced and non helpful at all...

Me and my fiance did our registry through Babies R Us and used this location to scan what we wanted added to the list. They had a great majority of the stuff we wanted already in-store, all the extra items we couldnt find were easily compiled on an Amazon wishlist. Between the two you can get everything you possibly need for your little guy/girl, so give them a visit if youre expecting and you wont be disappointed. Took awhile to get an associate to help us set up the registry but that wasnt an issue, overall very pleased with our experience here!

Cindy was SO helpful. When we first walked into the store, there was a very rude and unhelpful sales lady. We asked if she can help us find the gifts we had on the registry and she told us "youll have to just look around" and then continued to say to another worker "they expect me to shop for them". Then Cindy came to the rescue and so kindly asked if we needed help and then continued to show us to every single item we needed from the registry. We were in and out and so please with her kind demeanor and quick willingness to help!

Babys R Us in Milford is the largest store in the area and has pretty much everything you might need. Its much bigger than the Norwalk store, and had a bigger selection than many of the competitors in the area. Service associates are helpful and knowledgeable. Would give it more stars if it was less expensive though. They are very stingy on sales events, even on Black Friday, so dont expect major discounts. Youre going to pay $$$$. I rarely walk out of this place having spent less than $200.

The Milford store is definitely larger compared to the other locations nearby and the store had a good collection of products to match most of the products from the Online catalog. I did not have to interact with the staff, but the product display and collection in the store definitely helped me in making an informed decision and purchase.

If it werent for the angel we call a sales woman Cindy this review would be lower the lady that was helping us said to a fellow worker "what do they expect me to shop for them?" But thank god Cindy came to the rescue
