I love Sephora. I just don.t like THIS Sephora. Its small and dingy. The employees there are not very personable, and dont appear very knowledgable about cosmetics or the franchise in general. It doesnt have the trendy and youthful exhubrence that you see at a typical Sephora, here it is run by older suburban moms who treat it as just a job.

This Sephora location lacks the professionalism of the others. The sales staff are chatting about their own personal matters and the staff at the register is snippy. Overall, a disappointing experience.
