I went there on a Tuesday night when it was less busier than usual and could not get any help from the people that worked there. I rarely have time to go to Sephora and really wanted to be in and out. I wandered for 45 minutes waiting for help and when I asked for help twice they told me 5 minutes and never came back. A bunch of the workers were just standing in the middle of the store blocking the way talking and on their phones. I would rather visit another location than the Sephora at Garden State.

The customer service here is non existent. The workers never look like they enjoy their job or want to help you. Also, if you dare go in with a bare face, they judge you as if you know nothing about makeup. Completely horrible!

No one ever help there. Employee just chit chat with each other, makes customers invisible. No point going there, do not waste your time.
