This is a newer location. I figured the staff would be inviting and enthusiastic, but I received the opposite response. Im happy to help myself as Im a Sephora mua and I freelance, but they didnt approach me with kindness. I happened to be buying foundations for my kit and purchased most of the line-- the salesgirl was judgmental and felt the need to make snide remarks and complain about "cleaning out her stock". The staff had full faces on and made them look knowledgeable. A few smiles were given, but no one really said much to me. I made my purchase as fast as I could.

I love Ultra .. but this store is unfriendly and unprofessional. The girls who work here are not nice or accommodating. There is a very negative feeling throughout the store. I shop at the Willowbrook store. Those girls are lovely and helpful. This Livingston location should take a lesson from Willowbrook on how to treat customers. I was appalled at the bad attitude of the employees.

My rating is based on the fact that I had to deal with an uneducated, rude employee the entire time I was in that store. She followed me as if a was stealing something (q tips to apply dip brow with , should I have used my fingers?) , made me so uncomfortable and gave me a huge attitude when my cousin asked me a question about the concealer I personally use at home.

Love Ulta, unfortunately the cashier was not very friendly and refused to accept my coupon or look up my info since Im an Ulta member. Store is clean and selection is vast. Only downside is rude employees.

Run-of-the-mill Ulta. Nothing more, nothing less. Location is not great, considering theres been issues in the neighborhood, and specifically on this plaza.
