Probably one of the worst locations ever. Went in on a very slow day and wasnt greeted by the 3 employees chatting it up by the soaps. Went over to ask a question and was ignored until they finished their conversation and even then got a half assed/quick response. The lady at check out said nothing to me as she processed the transaction. I love Lush products and have been using their products for years, but the vibe and customer service at this store SUCKS. The NYC locations are much nicer...surprisingly.

I went into LUSH and asked an employee if they had any deodorants without baking soda in them because I have a severe allergy to it.She told me the Aromaco didnt have baking soda in it so I bought it. This is NOT true. As a result I wasted money on something that gave me a severe rash!! My mistake for trusting the employee to know what was in the product she was selling me.

Nice friendly staff, good products. Small space, though, and sometimes the staff get in the way. Good location overall, though.
