To begin with, the products they offer are fantastic. The meat is primarily locally sourced and if it is not then it is labelled as such. In addition, the cuts are fantastic and the prices are just as good if not cheaper than what you get at a grocery store. There are a lot of options for spices, rubs, and other goods. The store is top notch. Finally, the service was equally fantastic. The service at the counter was very helpful and friendly. To top the experience off, the guy at the checkout counter walked me to the door and held it open for me. You dont find places like this very often.

I work next door from primal in Wilton and frequent the location for lunch as their sandwiches are so well priced and taste amazing. Decided to go big with Christmas this year and get prime rib for 11 people. The cut of beef was great and they even prepared it for roasting by removing the bones and extra fat and then tying the bones back on. The service there is always on point and if you need it will give advice on the best way to season and cook any product that you purchase. Thanks guys for all that you do every day

Kind of upset that they got rid of the glass milk bottles, food is great but drinking my Milk out of a container produced from petroleum and natural gas is disgusting, shame on the consumers who complained, your snobby individuals go to primal for meats that are natural yet want your milk with bpas? You are disgusting. Anyways love the store hate the snoody lazy customers

I went to Primal at the suggestion of a friend and loved it. Everyone is nice and professional and the food is outrageously good. I went back again today to try another delicious sandwich "the IVY" wow - so good. Atmosphere is perfect, wide variety of meats and marinated meat and chicken that is beckoning to my BBQ. Keep it up guys!

Saratoga location: amazing friendly employees. Treat u like family as soon as u walk in until they help you to your car..... very knowledgeable and courteous.... not to mention the delicious meats and sandwiches. Also, the free samples will keep u filled up until your ready to leave
