Absolutely terrible customer service. I called ahead for a notary and was told that one was available until five oclock. I spent $23.00 on a cab to get there and. once there they tell me shes out to lunch. The cab was waiting for me so I couldnt wait 30 minutes for her. Wasted money. Ill be contacting their corporate office.

A UPS agent ripped a package affront of me because his scanner wasnt working. I was told by his supervisor at this store told me that this was corporate policy and that my ordeal wasnt that big. I believe in good, satisfactory customer service but unfortunately UPS does not.

Terrible.... Absolutely terrible. Extremely rude/terse with me for no reason. Customer service is unacceptable and should be improved. Store policy must and should be informed to the customer; this did not happen in my case, which has led to great confusion and stress.
